Realizacja projektu pn:"Przebudowa systemu grzewczego 3 budynków mieszkalnych, komunalnych, wielorodzinnych z termomodernizacją i OZE w miejscowości Studzieniec, Gmina Puszcza Mariańska” ma na celu przeciwdziałanie problemom zaistniałym na terenie gminy Puszcza Mariańska i powiatu żyrardowskiego. Inwestycja polega na przebudowie systemu systemu ogrzewania 3 wielorodzinnych budynków mieszkalnych. W wyniku projektu powstanie kotłownia gazowa oraz sieć zasilająca bezpośrednio poszczególne budynki. Nastąpi wymiana wewnętrznej sieci ciepłowniczej oraz modernizacja wewnętrznej sieci ciepłej wody użytkowej. Przeprowadzona zostanie termomodernizacja budynków i budowa instalacji fotowoltaicznej w każdym z budynków. Przyniesie to spadek emisji powierzchniowej, poprawie ulegnie jakość powietrza na terenie gminy i powiatu żyrardowskiego.Realizacja projektu spowoduje zmniejszenie zapotrzebowania na energię z obecnego źródła, tym samym paliwa kopalne będą wykorzystywane w mniejszym stopniu. Celem głównym projektu jest redukcja emisji zanieczyszczeń powietrza na terenie gminy Puszcza Mariańska. Bezpośrednim efektem realizacji niniejszego projektu będzie osiągnięcie redukcji emisji CO2 na poziomie 90,74%. Szacowany roczny spadek emisji gazów cieplarnianych wyniesie 541,33 ton równoważnika CO2/rok. Tym samym przedmiotowy projekt wpływa na realizację celu szczegółowego działania 4.3 Redukcja emisji zanieczyszczeń do powietrza. Zgodnie z zapisami SZOOP RPO WM na lata 2014-2020, głównym celem interwencji realizowanej w ramach działania jest poprawa jakości powietrza poprzez zmniejszenie emisji ze źródeł powierzchniowych oraz liniowych.Grupą docelową projektu będą bezpośrednio - wszyscy użytkownicy budynków objętych projektem(103) oraz mieszkańcy gminy Puszcza Mariańska, oraz pośrednio- mieszkańcy powiatu żyrardowskiego oraz województwa mazowieckiego. Dzięki realizacji inwestycji osiągnięte zostaną wskaźniki produktu i rezultatu E1 i E2 wniosku oraz w Studium wykonalności projektu. (Polish)

The implementation of the project entitled “Reconstruction of the heating system of 3 residential, municipal, multi-family buildings with thermomodernisation and RES in the town of Studzieniec, Puszcza Mariańska Municipality” aims to counteract problems occurring in the municipality of Puszcza Mariańska and the żyrardowski district. The investment consists of the reconstruction of the heating system of 3 multi-family residential buildings. As a result of the project, a gas boiler room and a grid directly supplying individual buildings will be created. The internal district heating network will be replaced and the domestic hot water network modernised. The thermomodernisation of buildings and the construction of a photovoltaic installation in each building will be carried out. This will result in a decrease in surface emissions, improved air quality in the commune and district of żyrardowski.The project will reduce the demand for energy from the current source, so fossil fuels will be used to a lesser extent. The main objective of the project is to reduce air pollutant emissions in the municipality of Puszcza Mariańska. The direct result of this project will be 90.74 % CO2 reduction. The estimated annual reduction in greenhouse gas emissions will be 541.33 tonnes CO2-equivalent/year. The project thus contributes to the achievement of the specific objective of measure 4.3 Reduction of pollutant emissions into the air. In accordance with the provisions of the SZOOP ROP MIP 2014-2020, the main objective of the intervention under the measure is to improve air quality by reducing emissions from surface and linear sources. The target group of the project will be directly – all users of the buildings covered by the project(103) and residents of the municipality of Puszcza Mariańska, and indirectly- residents of the żyrardowski district and the Mazowieckie Voivodeship. The implementation of the investment will achieve the output and result indicators E1 and E2 of the proposal and the Project Feasibility Study. (English)
