Projekt zaplanowany do realizacji jest odpowiedzią na zidentyfikowany problem jaki pojawił się w związku wystąpieniem pandemii COVID-19. Realizacja projektu jest wręcz wymuszona wystąpieniem pandemii COVID-19 oraz negatywnymi skutkami jakie pandemia spowodowała w naszej firmie. Od chwili ogłoszenia stanu pandemii nasza firma znacznie ograniczyła swoją działalności. Istnienie firmy zależy od możliwości sprzedaży produkowanych przez nas wyrobów do naszych kontrahentów. W związku wystąpieniem pandemii obroty w naszej firmie spadły ponad 80%. Nasza firma musi wprowadzić zamiany w prowadzonej działalności ponieważ te zmiany zostały wymuszone wystąpieniem pandemii COVID-19. W związku z ogło-szeniem stanu zagrożenia epidemicznego znaleźliśmy się w trudnej sytuacji finansowej ponieważ nastąpił spadek obrotów gospodarczych w następstwie COVID-19. Wszelkie działania jakie aktualnie podejmuje właściciel mają na celu ustabilizowanie sytuacji ekonomicznej firmy. Aby przeciwdziałać negatywnym skutkom epidemii COVID-19 to znaczy zapewnić nowe usługi pragniemy zdywersyfikować działalność przedsiębiorstwa. Dla wprowadzenia nowych usług konieczne jest nabycie zaplanowanych środków trwałych co stanowi zakres rzeczowy projektu. Bezpośrednim rezultatem projektu będzie także pozytywny wpływ na politykę zrównoważonego rozwoju oraz zastosowanie technik informacyjno- komunikacyjnych, ale przede wszystkim chodzi nam o wyjście z trudnej sytuacji finansowej oraz utrzymanie miejsc pracy. To właśnie kryzys związany ze skutkami epidemii COVID-19 uświadomił nam jakie mamy niedociągnięcia w prowadzonej działalności i co możemy zrobić aby w przyszłości przeciwdziałać podobnym kryzysom. Naszą działalność nakierowaliśmy na bardzo wąski i wyspecjalizowany zakres dotyczący towarów o ograniczonym zapotrzebowaniu. Dlatego został opracowany plan dywersyfikacji działalności firmy. Aby przeciwdziałać negatywnym skutkom epidemii COVID-19 to znaczy zapewnić nowe usługi pragniemy wdrożyć w dzia (Polish)

The project to be implemented responds to the identified problem posed by the COVID-19 outbreak. The implementation of the project is even forced by the COVID-19 pandemic and the negative effects that the pandemic has caused in our company. Since the announcement of the pandemic, our company has significantly reduced its activities. The existence of the company depends on the ability to sell our products to our contractors. As a result of the pandemic, our company’s turnover fell more than 80 %. Our company needs to make business swaps because these changes have been forced by the COVID-19 pandemic. Due to the announcement of the epidemic threat, we are in a difficult financial situation as economic turnover has declined in the aftermath of COVID-19. All actions currently taken by the owner are aimed at stabilising the economic situation of the company. In order to counter the negative effects of the COVID-19 outbreak, we want to diversify the business activities of the company. For the introduction of new services, it is necessary to acquire planned fixed assets, which is the material scope of the project. The direct result of the project will also be a positive impact on sustainable development policy and the use of information and communication techniques, but above all we want to get out of the difficult financial situation and maintain jobs. It is the crisis linked to the impact of the COVID-19 outbreak that has made us aware of the shortcomings we have in our operations and what we can do to counteract similar crises in the future. We have focused on a very narrow and specialised scope for goods with limited demand. Therefore, a plan for diversifying the company’s business has been developed.
