Problemy przedsiębiorstwa w związku z pojawieniem się pandemii: W związku z epidemią koronawirusa (SARS-COV-2) cała branża hotelarska znalazła się w wyjątkowej sytuacji. Powszechna kwarantanna i zastój turystyki, okazał się bardzo dotkliwy. Wytyczne, które pojawiły się w rozporządzeniu Ministra Zdrowia “w sprawie ogłoszenia na obszarze Rzeczypospolitej Polskiej stanu zagrożenia epidemicznego” dotyczyły działalności wielu przedsiębiorstw. W jednym z punktów dyrektywy pojawił się również zapis o wstrzymaniu do odwołania świadczenia turystycznych usług noclegowych. Przez ponad miesiąc prowadzenie działalności było całkowicie zakazane. Tym samym zostały anulowane wszystkie rezerwacje wykonane przed wprowadzeniem rozporządzenia. Obecnie, mimo zniesienia już zakazów popyt jest znacznie niższy już w latach wcześniejszych – wynika to z obawy obywateli przed zakażeniem, zamknięcia granic dla turystów zagranicznych, ograniczeniem ruchu turystycznego. W firmie odwołano wszelkie wydarzenia cykliczne, szereg pobytów turystycznych i imprez rodzinnych. Koszty funkcjonowania niestety nie zmalały, co wiąże się z funkcjonowaniem na granicy opłacalności. Wnioskodawca liczy, że w okresie wakacyjnym odrobi część strat, jednak w mediach pojawiają się ostrzeżenia przed możliwym ponownym dużym uderzeniem epidemii. Potrzeba realizacji projektu: Jeszcze większym wyzwaniem będzie to, co czeka rynek hotelarski po zakończeniu epidemii. Przez okres pandemii ponoszone były nakłady związane z działalnością obiektu, część żywności uległa przeterminowaniu. Konieczne było opłacane personelu. Pomoc zostanie przeznaczona na działalność obrotową przedsiębiorstwa – finansowanie wynagrodzeń, zakup towaru, utrzymanie obiektu, opłatę rachunków. Firma deklaruje utrzymanie funkcjonowania przez min. 3 miesiące. (Polish)

The company’s problems with the outbreak of the pandemic: Due to the coronavirus outbreak (SARS-COV-2), the entire hotel industry is in an exceptional situation. The widespread quarantine and stagnation of tourism turned out to be very severe. The guidelines appearing in the Regulation of the Minister of Health ‘on the announcement of an epidemic emergency in the Republic of Poland’ concerned the activities of many companies. In one of the points of the Directive, there was also a provision to suspend the provision of tourist accommodation services until further notice. For more than a month, it was completely prohibited. Thus, all reservations made prior to the introduction of the Regulation were cancelled. Today, despite the abolition of bans, demand is much lower already in earlier years, due to citizens’ fear of infection, border closure for foreign tourists and reduced tourist traffic. The company cancelled all recurring events, a number of tourist stays and family events. Unfortunately, operating costs have not decreased, which is linked to operating at the limit of cost-effectiveness. The applicant expects that during the holiday period some of the losses will be compensated, but in the media there are warnings about the possible major re-emergence of the epidemic. The need to implement the project: What the hospitality market awaits after the epidemic will be even more challenging. Over the period of the pandemic, expenditure related to the operation of the facility has been incurred, some of the food has expired. The staff needed to be paid. The aid will be used for the company’s turnover – financing of wages, purchase of goods, maintenance of the facility, payment of bills. The company declares to maintain operation for at least 3 months. (English)
