Głównym celem projektu jest poprawa do 06.2022 jakości i efektywności procesu kształcenia 409 (w tym 40M) studentek/ów WSGK kierunku pielęgniarstwa I i II stopnia poprzez opracowanie i wdrożenie, przy ścisłej współpracy z wiodącym podmiotem leczniczym, programu rozwojowego uczelni ukierunkowanego na a) stworzenie MCSM, b) specjalistyczne przygotowanie kadry akad. do prowadzenia zajęć z wykorzyst. symul. medyczn., c) wyposażenie jej w nowoczesne pomoce, d) realizacja zajęć kształcenia praktycznego w MCSM oraz ponadprogramowych kształtujących kompetencje w zakresie zmieniających się trendów epidemiol. i demograf. Głównymi rezultatami:- Liczba wdrożonych programów rozwojowych na uczelniach kształcących na kierunkach medycznych opracowanych dzięki wsparciu z EFS 1- Liczba osób, które dzięki wsparciu programu uzyskały uprawnienia do wykonywania zawodu pielęgniarki lub położnej: 48K 15M - Liczba programów rozwojowych uczelni kształcących na kierunkach medycznych opracowanych dzięki wsparciu z EFS: 1- Liczba osób na kierunku pielęgniarstwo lub położnictwo objętych wsparciem w ramach programu 51K 16MProjekt skierowany jest do Grupą docelową proj. (bezpośrednią) jest 409 (40M) studentów WSGK (uczest. w kształceniu na poziomie wyższym) kierunku pielęg. studiów I i II st., zaś pośrednią 10 (2M) prac. dydakt. WSGK i 2 prac, tech. oraz sama WSGKZostaną zrea. zadania- Opracowanie Programu Rozwojowego WSGK - Prace adaptacyjno-remontowe pomieszczeń WSGK w celu stworzenia MCSM- Zakup, dostawa, instalacja, uruchomienie wyposażenia MCSM WSGK dla studentów kierunku pielęgniarstwo- Specjalistyczne kursy dla kadry WSGK przygotowujące do realizacji zajęć praktycznych w MCSM - Praktyczna eBiblioteka Wiedzy o Symulacji Medycznej - Akademia profesjonalisty dodatkowe zajęcia dla studentów pielęgniarstwa - ePomoce Dydaktyczne wykorzystywane w kształceniu praktycznym na kierunku pielęgniarstwo - Zajęcia kształcenia praktycznego studentów pielęgniarstwa realizowane w MCSM WSGK (Polish)

The main goal of the project is to improve the quality and effectiveness of the education process 409 (including 40M) of WSGK students in the field of nursing first and second degree to 06.2022 by developing and implementing, in close cooperation with the leading therapeutic entity, the development program of the university aimed at a) creation of MCSM, b) specialised preparation of the akad staff for conducting classes using medical simulations, c) equipping it with modern aids, d) the implementation of practical education classes at the MCSM and over-programmes shaping competences in the field of changing trends of epidemiol and demograph. Main results:- Number of development programmes implemented at medical education institutions developed with ESF support 1- Number of persons who, thanks to the support of the programme, have obtained qualifications to practice the profession of nurse or midwife: 48K 15M – Number of development programmes of medical education institutions developed with ESF support: 1- Number of people in nursing or midwifery supported under the 51K 16M Project is directed to the target group of the project. (direct) is 409 (40M) students of the WSGK (participation in higher education) in the field of nursing studies I and II, while intermediate 10 (2M) works. WSGK and 2 works, tech. and WSGKZ will be reaped. tasks – Development of the WSGK Development Programme – Adaptation and renovation of WSGK premises to create MCSM- Purchasing, delivery, installation, commissioning of MCSM WSGK equipment for students in nursing- Specialised courses for WSGK staff preparing for the implementation of practical activities at the MCSM – Practical Library of Medical Simulation Knowledge – Academy of professionals additional classes for nursing students – eDactic aids used in practical education in nursing – Classes of practical education of nursing students implemented at the MCSM WSGK (English)
