SA 42799(2015/X) Przedmiotem projektu jest zlecenie prac B+R mających na celu nowego produktu opartego na innowacyjnej recepturze kosmetyku w proszku o właściwościach myjących w kontakcie z wodą. Rukiew wodna (Nasturtium officinale), roślina należąca do rodziny roślin krzyżowych (Brassicaceae) posiada korzystne dla zdrowia właściwości, m. in. działanie antyoksydacyjne, przeciwzapalne, przeciwnowotworowe, potwierdzone licznymi badaniami naukowymi. Za prozdrowotne działanie tej rośliny odpowiadają głównie substancje z grupy glukozynolanów, m. in. glikonasturcyna, a także witaminy (K, A, E, C, witaminy z grupy B), mikro- i makroelementy oraz karotenoidy i związki polifenolowe. Bogate w glukozynolany ekstrakty z innych gatunków roślin krzyżowych, np. brokuła (Brassica oleracea) są obecnie cennymi składnikami aktywnymi suplementów diety i kosmetyków. Rezultaty: Nawiązanie współpracy z jednostką naukowo-badawczą w zakresie opracowania nowego produktu oraz w tym celu pozyskania specjalistycznej wiedzy w zakresie receptury kosmetyku oraz technologii jego produkcji (nieznanych dla Wnioskodawcy). Innowacja produktowa względem konkurencji: - substancja aktywna oparta na soku z rukwii, który stanowi łatwiejszą forma przyswajania w układzie pokarmowym niż forma proszkowa pominięty zostaje etap uwalniania substancji aktywnych. - na rynku brak produktów z rukwią wodną które są sprzedawane w zestawie suplement+ kosmetyk, wspomagające działanie odrodka i od zewnątrz co stanowi bardziej efektywne rozwiązanie dla konsumenta, niż produkty mające działanie jednokierunkowe. SA 42799(2015/X) The object of the project is to commission R & D works aimed at a new product based on innovative formula of cosmetic powder with washing properties in contact with water. Watercress (Nasturtium officinale), a plant belonging to the family of cross plants (Brassicaceae) has beneficial properties for health, including antioxidant, anti-inflammatory, anti-cancer effects, confirmed by numerous scientific studies. The pro-healthy effects of this plant are mainly due to glucosinolates, among others, glycerasturcin, as well as vitamins (K, A, E, C, B vitamins), micro- and macroelements, and carotenoids and polyphenolic compounds. Glucosinolate-rich extracts from other species of cross plants, e.g. broccoli (Brassica oleracea) are currently valuable active ingredients in dietary supplements and cosmetics. Results: Establishing cooperation with a research and research unit in the development of a new product and, to this end, gaining specialised knowledge in the field of cosmetic recipes and production technologies (not known to the Applicant). Product innovation in relation to competition: — active substance based on the juice of ruce, which is an easier form of absorption in the digestive system than powder form, the stage of release of active substances is omitted. — on the market there are no water products that are sold in the supplement+ cosmetic kit, supporting the action of the nucleus and from the outside, which is a more effective solution for the consumer than products having a one-way effect.
