Proiectul se incadreaza in AXA PRIORITARA 3 (Locuri de munca pentru toti), OBIECTIVUL TEMATIC 8 (Obiectivul tematic 8: Promovarea unei ocupari sustenabile si de calitate a fortei de munca si sprijinirea mobilitatii fortei de munca), PRIORITATEA DE INVESTII 8.i (Accesul la locuri de munca pentru persoanele aflate in cautarea unui loc de munca si pentru persoanele inactive, inclusiv pentru somerii de lunga durata si pentru persoanele cu sanse mici de angajare, inclusiv prin initiative locale de angajare si sprijin pentru mobilitatea fortei de munca), OBIECTIVELE SPECIFICE 3.1, 3.2, 3.3, 3.4, 3.5 si 3.6, apelul dedicat teritoriului ITI Delta Dunarii. Obiectivul general al proiectului consta in imbunatatirea nivelului de competente si cresterea sanselor de ocupare pentru un numar de 210 someri si persoane inactive [cu accent pe somerii de lunga durata, lucratorii varstnici (55-64 ani), persoanele cu dizabilitati, persoanele cu nivel redus de educatie], persoane de etnie roma si persoane din mediul rural (in special persoanele din agricultura de subzistenta si semi-subzistenta), prin masuri personalizate si integrate de stimulare a ocuparii si programe de formare profesionala a adultilor. Cele 210 persoane din grupul tinta vor avea domiciliul/resedinta pe teritoriul ITI Delta Dunarii, respectiv urmatoarele localitati: municipiul Tulcea, orasele Babadag, Isaccea, Măcin și Sulina, precum si 33 de comune: • în județul Tulcea: Baia, Beștepe, C.A. Rosetti, Ceamurlia de Jos, Ceatalchioi, Chilia Veche, Crișan, Frecaței, Greci, Grindu, I.C. Brătianu, Jijila, Jurilovca, Luncavița, Mihail Kogălniceanu, Mahmudia, Maliuc, Mihai Bravu, Murighiol, Niculițel, Nufăru, Pardina, Sarichioi, Sfântu Gheorghe, Slava Cercheză, Smârdan, Somova, Văcăreni, Valea Nucarilor • în județul Constanța: Corbu, Istria, Mihai Viteazu, Săcele Proiectul contribuie la indeplinirea obiectivului general al POCU de dezvoltare a resurselor umane prin promovarea investitiei constante in individ pe parcursul intregii vieti fapt si a formarii profesionale de calitate si, in special, la atingerea Obiectivului tematic 8 POCU – “Promovarea unei ocupari sustenabile si de calitate a fortei de munca si sprijinirea mobilitatii fortei de munca”. Formarea de calitate a resurselor umane este o preconditie a unei performante intr-un mediu competitiv pe piata muncii, iar investitia in dezvoltarea si cresterea calitatii unor resurse umane performante este esentiala. Proiectul, prin obiectivul sau general, contribuie la realizarea urmatoarelor obiective specifice POCU: - Obiectivul specific 3.1.: Cresterea ocuparii somerilor si a persoanelor inactive, cu accent pe somerii de lunga durata, lucratorii varstnici (55-64 ani), persoanelor cu dizabilitati, persoanelor cu nivel redus de educatie, - Obiectivul specific 3.2: Cresterea ocuparii cetatenilor romani apartinand minoritatii roma, - Obiectivul specific 3.3: Cresterea ocuparii persoanelor din mediul rural, in special cele din agricultu (Romanian)

The project fits into AXA PRIORITARA 3 (Jobs for All), TEMATIC OBJECTIVE 8 (Thematic Objective 8: Promoting sustainable and quality employment and supporting labour mobility), investment priority 8.i (Access to employment for jobseekers and inactive people, including long-term unemployed and people with low employment opportunities, including through local employment initiatives and support for labour mobility), SPECIFICAL OBIECTIVES 3.1, 3.2, 3.3, 3.4, 3.5 and 3.6, the call dedicated to the Danube Delta ITI territory. The general objective of the project is to improve the level of competence and increase the chances of employment for 210 unemployed persons and inactive people (with a focus on long-term unemployed, older workers (55-64 years old), people with disabilities, people with low educational attainment), Roma people and people from rural areas (especially people in subsistence and semi-subsistence farming), through personalised and integrated measures to stimulate employment and training programmes for adults. The 210 persons from the target group will have their domicile/residence on the territory of the Danube Delta ITI, respectively the following localities: municipality of Tulcea, the cities of Babadag, Isaccea, Măcin and Sulina, as well as 33 communes: • in Tulcea county: Baia, Bestepe, C.A. Rosetti, Ceamurlia de Jos, Ceatalchioi, Chilia Veche, Crișan, Frecaței, Greeks, Grindu, I.C. Brătianu, Jijila, Jurilovca, Luncavița, Mihail Kogălniceanu, Mahmudia, Maliuc, Mihai Bravu, Murighiol, Niculițel, Nufăru, Pardina, Sarichioi, Sfântu Gheorghe, Slava Cercheză, Smârdan, Somova, Văcăreni, Valea Nucarilor • in Constanta county: Corbu, Istria, Mihai Viteazu, Sacele The Project contributes to achieving the general objective of POCU to develop human resources by promoting constant investment in the individual throughout their life and quality professional training and, in particular, to achieving the thematic objective 8 POCU – “Promoting a sustainable and quality employment of the workforce and supporting labour mobility”. Quality training of human resources is a precondition for a performance in a competitive environment on the labour market, and investment in developing and increasing the quality of some performing human resources is essential. The project, through its general objective, contributes to achieving the following POCU specific objectives: — Specific objective 3.1.: Increasing the employment of unemployed people and inactive people, with a focus on long-term unemployed, older workers (55-64 years old), people with disabilities, people with low educational levels, – Specific objective 3.2: Increasing the occupation of Romanian citizens belonging to the Roma minority, – Specific Objective 3.3: Increasing the employment of people in rural areas, especially those in agriculture (English)
