Obiectivul Specific 10.1 Cresterea gradului de participare la nivelul educatiei timpurii si învatamântului obligatoriu, în special pentru copii cu risc crescut de parasire timpurie a sistemului, Necesitatea realizarii unui astfel de obiectiv a fost formulata de Primaria comunei Giulesti, tinând cont de lipsa unor dotari care sa asigure un spatiu - la nivelul cerintelor actuale, respectând normativele în vigoare - pentru educatia copiilor prescolari din localitate. Lipsa unui spatiu adecvat, pentru ca acesti copii sa-si desfasoare activitatile din cadrul programului prescolar, constituie argumentul hotarâtor în ceea ce priveste necesitatea realizarii acestui obiectiv. Obiectivul general ce urmeaza a fi atins prin realizarea investitiei publice este: Construirea unei Gradinite in localitatea Berbesti, Comuna Giulesti, Judetul Maramures în conformitate cu practicile si politicile UE si în contextul Programului Operational Regional. Specific objective 10.1 Increasing participation in early education and compulsory education, especially for children at increased risk of early leaving the system, the need to achieve such an objective was formulated by the City Hall of Giulesti commune, taking into account the lack of facilities to ensure a space – at the level of current requirements, respecting the norms in force – for the education of preschool children in the locality. The lack of adequate space for these children to carry out their activities within the preschool program is the decisive argument regarding the need to achieve this objective. The general objective to be achieved by making the public investment is: Building a Garden in Berbesti, Giulesti Commune, Maramures County in accordance with EU practices and policies and in the context of the Regional Operational Programme.
