Obiectivul general al proiectului "DEZVOLTAREA COMPETITIVITATII SOCIETATII PRIN ACHIZITIA DE ECHIPAMENTE PERFORMANTE" este realizarea unei investitii initiale in vederea imbunatatirii competitivitatii economice prin cresterea productivitatii muncii, intr-un sector competitiv, identificat in Strategia Nationala pentru Competitivitate. Obiectivul va fi atins prin achizitionarea de echipamente de constructie de ultima generatie pentru prestarea lucrarilor de constructie drumuri si autostrazi, achizitonarea de software pentru monitorizarea si gestionarea echipamentelor, precum si achizitionarea unui echipament in vederea folosirii surselor de energie regenerabila si de diminuare a deseurilor, ca urmare a realizarii activitatilor propuse prin proiect. Proiectul raspunde Prioritatii de Investitii 2.2 prin: - Dezvoltarea economica a societatii CARIERA TOROIOAGA SRL datorita achizitionarii de noi echipamente ce vor asigura o productivitate marita a activitatilor actuale, angajarii de personal si cresterea vizibilitatii pe plan international prin participarea la targuri. - Axarea societatii pe o noua piata (d.p.v. al localizarii) aflata in plina crestere intr-un domeniu competitiv identificat in Strategia Nationala de Competitivitate si Planurile Regionale de Dezvoltare. - Realizarea unei investitii initiale ce include masuri de imbunatatire a calitatii mediului inconjurator si masuri de asigurare a egalitatii de sanse si tratament. The general objective of the project “DEVELOPMENT OF SOCIETIVITY COMPETITIVES BY PERFORMANCE ACCHISITY” is to realise an initial investment in order to improve economic competitiveness by increasing labour productivity, in a competitive sector, identified in the National Strategy for Competitiveness. The objective will be achieved through the acquisition of state-of-the-art construction equipment for the provision of road and highway construction works, the acquisition of software for monitoring and management of equipment, as well as the acquisition of equipment for the use of renewable energy sources and waste reduction, as a result of the realisation of the activities proposed by the project. The project responds to the Investment Priority 2.2 by: — The economic development of CARIERA Toroioaga SRL due to the acquisition of new equipment that will ensure an increased productivity of the current activities, the employment of staff and the international visibility through participation in the fairs. — Focusing the company on a new market (d.p.v. of localisation) which is growing in a competitive field identified in the National Competitiveness Strategy and Regional Development Plans. — Making an initial investment that includes measures to improve the quality of the environment and measures to ensure equal opportunities and treatment.
