Cresterea competitivitatii regionale si dezvoltarea mobilitatii, adaptabilitatii si flexibilitatii pe piata muncii a 652 de angajati din regiunile Sud-Est Oltenia si Sud Muntenia, prin facilitarea accesului acestora la programele de FPC în vederea calificarii, recalificarii si dezvoltarii personale, cu accent pe acei adulți, cu un nivel scăzut de calificare și persoanele cu varsta de peste 40 ani, din zone rurale defavorizate . Cresterea nivelului de competenta a angajatilor din firmele romanesti prin formare profesionala si dezvoltare personala precum si invatarea pe tot parcursul vietii sunt principalele obiective ale POCU, Axa prioritara 6 “Educatie si competene’’ ce au ca rezultate un capital uman mai pregatit si adapat la dinamica economiei ce contribuie la mentinerea unor intreprinderi viabile si implicit la mentinerea locurilor de munca.Proiectul raspunde in totalitate Obiectivului specific 6.12.Cresterea participarii la programe de formare profesionala continua, cu accent pe acei adulti cu nivel scazut de calificare si persoane cu varsta peste 40 de ani,din zone rurale defavorizate,inclusive prin recunoasterea si certificarea rezultatelor invatarii dobandite in context nonformale si informale prin conştientizarea a minim 660 angajati cu privire la beneficiile invatarii pe tot parcursul vietii dintre care minim 652 vor fi sprijiniti prin acţiunile proiectului astfel: - Un numar de minim 652 de angajati vor fi selectati sa participle la activitatile proiectului, din care minim 30% (200 angajati) sunt adulti cu nivel scazut de calificare și persoanele cu varsta de peste 40 ani, din zone rurale defavorizate (A1/A1.1;A1.2) - 652 adulti vor beneficia de masuri de informare si consiliere personalizata, din care minim 30% (200 angajati) sunt adulti cu nivel scazut de calificare și persoanele cu varsta de peste 40 ani, din zone rurale defavorizate (A2/A2.1) - Dintre cele 652 de persoane care vor participa la programe de FPA, minim 522 (80%) de adulti vor fi certificati(A3/A3.1) - Dintre 652 de persoane participante la FPA, 66 persoane (10%) vor urma cursuri de formare la incetarea calitatii de participant - pe toata perioada proiectului cat si in perioada de sustenabilitate angajatii vor fi implicati in constientizarea, asumarea si integrarea in actiunile proprii a Temelor secundare FSE si a Temelor orizontale POCU. Astfel modurile prin care proiectul contibuie la Rezultatele aşteptate ca urmare a acordării sprijinului financiar în cadrul prezentului apel de proiecte sunt: Număr crescut de angajaţi ale căror cunoştinţe/ competenţe/ aptitudini s-au îmbunătăţit in reg SV Oltenia si S Muntenia, cresterea numarului de angajati calificati in campul muncii, cresterea gradului de constientizare cu privire la importanta formarii profesionale si detinerea unei calificari. Proiectul urmareste pregatirea profesionala de calitate a capitalului uman din intreprinderile romanesti contemporane si cresterea mobilitatii si adaptarii angajatilor la cerinte (Romanian)

Increasing regional competitiveness and developing mobility, adaptability and flexibility on the labour market of 652 employees from South-East Oltenia and South Muntenia regions, by facilitating their access to CVT programs for qualification, retraining and personal development, with a focus on those low-skilled adults and people over 40 years old, from disadvantaged rural areas. Increasing the level of competence of employees in Romanian companies through professional training and personal development as well as lifelong learning are the main objectives of POCU, Priority Axis 6 “Education and Competence” that results in a more prepared and responsive human capital to the dynamics of the economy that contributes to maintaining viable enterprises and implicitly to maintaining jobs. The project fully responds to the specific objective 6.12.Creservation of participation in continuous professional training programs, with a focus on those adults with low level of qualification and people over 40 years old, from disadvantaged rural areas, including by recognising the results of non-formal learning and certification results: — A minimum of 652 employees will be selected to participate in the project activities, out of which at least 30 % (200 employees) are low-skilled adults and people over 40 years old, from disadvantaged rural areas (A1/A1.1;A1.2) – 652 adults will benefit from personalised information and counselling measures, of which at least 30 % (200 employees) are adults with low qualification level and persons over 40 years old, from disadvantaged rural areas (A2/A2.1) – Of the 652 persons who will participate in FPA programs, a minimum of 522 (80 %) adults will be certified (A3/A3.1) – Of 652 persons participating in FPA, 66 persons (10 %) will undergo training courses to cease the quality of participant – throughout the project period and during the sustainability period, the employees will be involved in awareness, ownership and integration into their own actions of ESF secondary themes and POCU horizontal themes. Thus, the ways in which the project builds on the results expected as a result of financial support under this call for projects are: Increased number of employees whose knowledge/skills/skills have improved in the SV Oltenia and S Muntenia, increasing the number of qualified employees in the field of work, increasing awareness about the importance of professional training and holding a qualification. The project aims at the quality professional training of human capital in contemporary Romanian enterprises and the increase of mobility and adaptation of employees to the requirements (English)
