Reducing and preventing early school leaving and promoting equal access to quality preschool, primary and secondary education for children in Hunedoara County By achieving its general objective, the project contributes to achieving investment priority 10i within POCU – “reduction and prevention of early school leaving and promoting equal access to quality preschool, primary and secondary education, including formal, non-formal and informal learning pathways for reintegration into education and training” by achieving its general objective, this project will create the premises for its beneficiaries to acquire a level of education that will allow them access to a qualification and implicitly to a job, thus avoiding falling into the category of people at risk of poverty. From this perspective, the project will contribute to the achievement of the POCU Strategy that aims to capitalise on human capital as a resource for a future sustainable development while contributing to the achievement of the overall objective of the Europe 2020 Strategy “Intelligent, sustainable, inclusive, by focusing on job creation and poverty reduction.” (the following text shows the relevance of the project to the Strategy on reducing early school leaving due to the fact that the system does not allow the insertion of text in the chapter Relevance – relevant strategies although the applicant’s guide requests this) Through its activities and objectives, the project intervenes at GT level through an early set of measures for prevention and prevention, contributing to the short-term objective of the Strategy. The activities carried out with GT in the project lead to a reduction of the early school leaving phenomenon at the level of the schools included in the project, contributing in this way to the achievement of the medium-term objective of the Strategy on reducing early school leaving 2014-2020 and implicitly to the long-term objective of acesteia:Contribuirea to the smart and inclusive growth of Romania, by reducing the number of people at risk of unemployment, poverty and social exclusion. The project is relevant for the objective in the field of early school leaving of the National Reform Programme in order to achieve the Europe 2020 national targets, which aims to reduce the early school leaving rate from 18.1 % in 2014 to 11.3 % in 2020, as well as for two of the directions of action set to achieve this obiectiv:extinderea early education services; extending prevention and intervention measures for pupils at risk of school leaving and strengthening the social package in education. The project is consistent with European education strategies and policies; responds to the Europe 2020 objective (English)

    Reducerea si prevenirea abandonului scolar timpuriu si promovarea accesului egal la invatamantul prescolar , primar si secundar de calitate a copiilor din judetul Hunedoara Prin atingerea obiectivului sau general, proiectul contribuie la realizarea Prioritatii de investitii 10i din cadrul POCU –„reducerea și prevenirea abandonului școlar timpuriu și promovarea accesului egal la învățământul preșcolar, primar și secundar de calitate, inclusiv la parcursuri de învățare formale, nonformale și informale pentru reintegrarea în educație și formare” De asemenea, prin atingerea obiectivului sau general, prezentul proiect va crea pentru beneficiarii sai premisele dobindirii unui nivel de educatie care sa le permita accesul la o calificare si implicit la un loc de munca, evitand in acest mod intrarea in categoria persoanelor aflate in risc de saracie. Din aceasta perspectiva proiectul va contribui la realizarea Strategiei POCU care are in vedere valorizarea capitalului uman, ca resursă pentru o dezvoltare sustenabilă înviitor contribuind in acelasi timp la atingerea obiectivului general al Strategiei Europa 2020 „Crestere inteligenta, durabila, favorabila incluziunii, prin punerea accentului pe crearea de locuri de muncă și pe reducerea sărăciei.” (Textul urmator prezinta relevanta proiectului fata de Strategia privind reducerea parasirii timpurii a scolii ca urmare a faptului ca sistemul nu permite inserarea de text la capitolul Relevanta – strategii relevante desi ghidul solicitantului solicita acest lucru) Prin activitatile si obiectivele sale, proiectul intervine la nivelul GT printr-un set de masuri de prevenire, interventie si compensare contribuind la realizarea Obiectivului pe termen scurt al Strategiei privind reducerea parasirii timpurii a scolii 2014 - 2020. Activitatile desfasurate cu GT in proiect determina o reducere a fenomenului de parasire timpurie a scolii la nivelul scolilor cuprinse in proiect, contribuind in acest mod la atingerea obiectivului pe termen mediu al Strategiei privind reducerea parasirii timpurii a scolii 2014 - 2020 si implicit la obiectivul pe termen lung al acesteia :Contribuirea la creșterea inteligentă și incluzivă a României, prin reducerea numărului de persoane în risc de șomaj, sărăcie și excluziune socială. Proiectul este relevant pentru obiectivul in domeniul parasirii timpurii a scolii al Programului National de Reforma in vederea atingerii obiectivelor nationale Europa 2020, care isi propune o reducere a ratei parasirii timpurii a scolii de la 18,1% in 2014 la 11,3 % in 2020, precum si pentru doua din directiile de actiune stabilite pentru atingerea acestui obiectiv:extinderea serviciilor de educaţie timpurie; extinderea măsurilor de prevenire şi intervenţie pentru elevii expuşi la riscul de părăsiretimpurie a şcolii şi consolidarea pachetului social în educaţie.
