The GENERAL objective of the project is to promote social inclusion, combat poverty and any form of discrimination in the South-East Region, by promoting social entrepreneurship and vocational integration in social enterprises and social and solidarity economy in order to facilitate access to employment, achievable by improving skills in social entrepreneurship for 110 people, developing at least 21 social enterprises in the region, of which 3 in rural areas and creating at least 105 jobs in newly established enterprises. The project aims to encourage social entrepreneurship and self-employment by providing integrated services, namely: specific entrepreneurial training, personalised counselling/consultancy, business start-up support, tailored to the specific needs of the target group and the specifics of the social economy. The TERMEN LUNG benefits of the project consist of: — acquiring new skills and competences by facilitating access to vocational training programs in the field of social entrepreneurship for 110 people, out of which 55 women (at least 90 % of all participants in training courses for occupations specific to the social economy) and promoting social entrepreneurship as a professional option for as many people as possible; establishment of at least 21 new enterprises (of which 3 in rural areas) at the level of the region contributing to economic development by collecting taxes to the local budget and increasing the living standards of people from vulnerable groups; — increasing the employment rate in the region by creating a minimum of 105 jobs in newly established enterprises. This mode of action will allow knowledge and coverage of a complex of needs and expectations, and the intervention method will act specifically on the causes that generate a low level of employment. Through the measures offered through the project, 110 people from the South-East region, who intend to set up a business in the social field will benefit from professional training programs to improve skills in social entrepreneurship, encourage the development of business ideas and develop maximum 110 business plans (individual or team). The measures offered include subsidising at least 21 business plans (of which 3 in rural areas) by granting de minimis aid in order to set up new enterprises, advice/consultancy for grant beneficiaries, as well as support for the implementation and development of newly created social economy stucts. By establishing and developing at least 21 social economy structure (of which 3 in rural areas), the project aims to create a minimum of 105 jobs in the region. OBIECTIVUL GENERAL al proiectului este reprezentat de promovarea incluziunii sociale, combaterea saraciei si a oricarei forme de discriminare in Regiunea Sud-Est, prin promovarea antreprenoriatului social si a integrarii vocationale în întreprinderile sociale si economia sociala si solidara pentru a facilita accesul la ocuparea fortei de munca, deziderat realizabil prin imbunatatirea competentelor in antreprenoriatul social pentru 110 de persoane, dezvoltarea a cel putin 21 de intreprinderi sociale la nivelul regiunii, din care 3 in mediul rural si crearea a minim 105 locuri de munca in intreprinderile nou infiintate. Proiectul isi propune incurajarea antreprenoriatului social si a ocuparii pe cont propriu prin furnizarea de servicii integrate, respectiv: formare profesionala antreprenoriala specifica, consiliere / consultanta personalizata, suport în demararea de afaceri, adaptate nevoilor specifice grupului tinta si specificului economiei sociale. BENEFICIILE PE TERMEN LUNG ale proiectului constau in: - dobandirea de noi aptitudini si competente prin facilitarea accesului la programe de formare profesionala in domeniul antreprenoriatului social pentru 110 de persoane, din care 55 femei (cel puþin 90% certificate de absolvire din totalul participantilor la cursurile de formare pentru ocupatiile specifice sectorului economiei sociale) si promovarea antreprenoriatului social ca si optiune profesionala pentru cat mai multe persoane; - infiintarea a cel putin 21 de intreprinderi noi (din care 3 in mediul rural) la nivelul regiunii contribuind la dezvoltarea economica prin colectarea de taxe la bugetul local si cresterea nivelului de trai al persoanelor din grupurile vulnerabile; - cresterea ratei de ocupare la nivelul regiunii prin crearea a minim 105 locuri de munca in intreprinderile nou infiintate. Acest mod de actiune va permite cunoasterea si acoperirea unui complex de nevoi si asteptari, iar metoda de interventie va actiona în mod specific asupra cauzelor care genereaza un grad redus de ocupare în munca. Prin masurile oferite prin proiect, 110 de persoane din regiunea Sud-Est, care intentioneaza sa infiinteze o afacere in domeniu social vor beneficia de programe de formare profesionala pentru imbunatatirea competentelor in domeniul antreprenorialui social, incurajarea dezvoltarii ideilor de afaceri si elaborarea a maxim 110 planuri de afaceri (individual sau in echipa). Masurile oferite includ subventionarea a minim 21 de planuri de afaceri (din care 3 in mediul rural) prin acordarea de ajutor de minimis in vederea infiintarii de noi intreprinderi, consiliere/consultanta pentru beneficiarii de subventii, precum si sprijin pentru implementarea si dezvoltarea stucturilor de economie sociala nou create. Prin infiintarea si dezvoltarea a minim 21 de structure de economie sociala (din care 3 in mediul rural), proiectul isi propune crearea a minim 105 locuri de munca la nivelul regiunii.
