Obiectivul general al proiectului vizeaza dezvoltarea aptitudinilor practice pentru 220 de studenti de la domeniile Inginerie industriala si Inginerie si management, specializari specifice domeniului textilelor si confectiilor, prin stagii de practica la firme de top din regiunile Nord-Est si Sud-Est, in vederea integrarii cu succes pe piata muncii, prin investitii in educatia si formarea profesionala pentru dobandirea de competente. Proiectul “Practica si vei fi competent!” va asigura conditii de calitate pentru desfasurarea practicii celor 220 de studenti, le va imbunatati abilitatile practice specifice fiecarei rute profesionale, le va dezvolta competente profesionale si transversale cerute pe piata muncii cu impact major asupra stimularii ocuparii. Conform Strategiei de Specializare Inteligenta RIS3 a Regiunii Nord-Est, domeniul confectii-textile este declarat domeniu de specializare inteligenta pentru aceasta regiune iar proiectul “Practica si vei fi competent!” va contribui la dezvoltarea domeniului prin asigurarea absolventilor cu pregatire adecvata. Conform SNC si SNCDI, domeniul textil este asociat domeniilor cu „rol economic important si cu influenta asupra ocuparii”, avand potential de creare de valoare adaugata pe termen lung in domeniul prioritar de CDI “eco-nanotehnologii si materiale avansate”. The general objective of the project aims to develop practical skills for 220 students from the fields of Industrial Engineering and Engineering and Management, specialisations specific to textiles and garments, through internships at top firms in North-East and South-East regions, in order to successfully integrate on the labour market, through investments in education and professional training for acquiring skills. The project “Practice and you will be competent!” will provide quality conditions for the practice of the 220 students, will improve their practical skills specific to each professional route, develop their professional and transversal skills required on the labor market with a major impact on employment stimulation. According to the RIS3 Intelligence Specialisation Strategy of the North-East Region, the field of textiles is declared a field of intelligent specialisation for this region and the project “Practice and you will be competent!” will contribute to the development of the field by providing graduates with adequate training. According to SNC and SNCDI, the textile field is associated with the fields with “important economic role and influence on occupation”, with potential for long-term value creation in the priority field of RDI “eco-nanotechnologies and advanced materials”.
