The project “Entrepreneurship – A New Chance in South Muntenia!” aims to encourage entrepreneurship by conducting an entrepreneurial training program, encouraging and supporting self-employment by setting up 36 non-agricultural enterprises in the urban area of the South-Muntenia region. The project aims to train in the entrepreneurial field 300 people who have their home or residence in rural or urban areas in the South-Muntenia region and who intend to set up a non-agricultural business in the urban environment, practical training, counselling and support for the establishment of 36 enterprises for self-employment and the creation of new jobs. Through the project support will be established 36 enterprises (minimum 2 in each county) thus contributing to the economic growth of the area through the payment of taxes and taxes generated by the new enterprises established, 72 new jobs will be created (minimum 2 in each new enterprise) bringing a significant contribution to social inclusion through inclusion in the social insurance system and by paying social contributions, 72 families of employees will be supported by obtaining a constant income thus contributing to reducing poverty and increasing living standards. The activity of entrepreneurs has a strong impact on the economy. They are the ones who invent new things, introduce new technologies, promote new products, stimulate the discovery of new resources, mobilise capital and provide jobs for most of the population. Romania has a huge potential for long-term economic and social development. Encouraging entrepreneurship and supporting the establishment of new enterprises “backbone of an economy” is an opportunity for the economic development of the country and for supporting social inclusion. The project contributes to the general objective of the Human Capital Operational Programme 2014-2020, Priority Axis 3 – Jobs for all, Specific Objective 3.7 – Increasing employment by supporting non-agricultural enterprises in the urban area by: economic development of the region through the establishment of 36 new enterprises (minimum 2 in each county of the regulation in the non-agricultural field, enterprises that will contribute by paying taxes and taxes; — reducing the number of unemployed persons in the regulation by creating a minimum of 72 jobs (minimum 2 in each new enterprise); —increasing pop incomes by occupying on their own those who set up new enterprises. —promoting and supporting entrepreneurship through the participation of future entrepreneurs in entrepreneurial and ICT training programs, internships, providing counselling and mentoring services, but also by supporting, starting and implementing businesses.     Proiectul “Antreprenoriat – O noua sansa in Sud Muntenia!” are ca obiectiv general incurajarea antreprenoriatului prin derularea unui program de formare antreprenoriala, incurajarea si sustinerea ocuparii pe cont propriu prin infiintarea a 36 intreprinderi cu profil nonagricol in zona urbana din regiunea Sud-Muntenia. Proiectul urmareste formarea in domeniul antreprenorial a 300 de persoane care au domiciliu sau resedinta in mediul rural sau in cel urban din regiunea Sud-Muntenia si care intentioneaza sa infiinteze o afacere nonagricola in mediul urban, pregatirea practica, consilierea si sprijinirea infiintarii a 36 de intreprinderi pentru ocuparea pe cont propriu si crearea de noi locuri de munca. Prin sprijinul oferit in cadrul proiectului se vor infiinta 36 de intreprinderi (minim 2 in fiecare judet) contribuind astfel la cresterea economica a zonei prin plata taxelor si impozitele generate de noile intreprinderi infiintate, se vor crea 72 de noi locuri de munca (minim 2 in cadrul fiecarei intreprinderi nou infiintare) aducand un aport semnificativ la incluziunea sociala prin includerea in sistemul de asigurari sociale si prin plata contributiilor sociale, vor fi sprijinite 72 de familii ale salariatilor prin obtinerea unui venit constant contribuind astfel la reducerea saraciei si cresterea nivelului de trai. Activitatea antreprenorilor are un impact puternic asupra economiei. Ei sunt cei care inventeaza lucruri noi, introduce noi tehnologii, promoveaza noi produse, stimuleaza descoperirea de noi resurse, mobilizeaza capital si asigura locuri de munca pentru cea mai mare parte a populatie. Romania are un urias potenţial de dezvoltare economică şi socială pe termen lung. Incurajarea antreprenoriatului si sustinerea infiintarii de noi intreprinderi „coloana vertebrala a unei economii” reprezinta o oportinutate pentru dezvoltarea economica a tarii si pentru sustinerea incluziunii sociale. Proiectul contribuie la realizarea obiectivului general al Programului Operaţional Capital Uman 2014-2020, Axa prioritară 3 – Locuri de muncă pentru toţi, Obiectivul specific 3.7 – Creșterea ocupării prin susținerea întreprinderilor cu profil non-agricol din zona urbană prin: -dezvoltarea economica a regiunii prin infiintarea a 36 de noi intreprinderi (minim 2 in fiecare jud. al reg. in domeniul nonagricol, intreprinderi ce vor contribui prin plata taxelor si impozitelor; -reducerea numarului de someri din reg. prin crearea a minim 72 de locuri de munca (minim 2 in fiecare intreprindere nou infiintata); -cresterea veniturilor pop. prin ocuparea pe cont propriu a celor care infiinteaza noi intreprinderi. -promovarea si sustinerea antreprenoriatului prin participarea viitorilor antreprenori la programe de formare antrepr. si TIC, stagii de practica, furnizarea de servicii de consiliere si mentorat, dar si prin sprijinirea, demararea si implementarea afacerilor.
