GENERAL OBJECTIVE OF THE PROJECT: increasing participation in workplace learning programs and other relevant, innovative and sustainable activities specific to the field of vocational training Tourism and Food, for 116 students from upper secondary education (ISCED 3), qualification level 3 and 4, in order to increase the chances of sustainable professional development, as well as their degree of insertion and adaptability to the labour market dynamics of the economic sectors with competitive potential, namely the field of intelligent specialisation (identified and defined according to SNC/SNCDI), at the level of the Danube Delta ITI territory (i.e. Tulcea county). The PROJECT aims at 5 main aspects that lead to the improvement of the transition of students in upper secondary education from education to active professional life, with priority in economic sectors with competitive potential, respectively in the field of intelligent specialisation (identified and defined according to the NCS/SNCDI), thus ensuring the qualification, competence and productivity of the future workforce, through their sustainable, dynamic and competitive development at local/county/regional level, namely: 1) Increase the participation rate of 116 students from upper secondary education (ISCED 3), qualification level 3 and 4, from the field of vocational training Tourism and Food, to specific work-based learning programs through efficient, sustainable and sustainable initiatives aimed at developing the professional skills of future graduates and thus increasing economic competitiveness in the targeted sectors, namely work-based learning programs (COMPONENT 1); 2) facilitating the transition from school to active life, increasing the ability of future graduates to choose and adapt their career path to their own capacities and needs, developing the skills necessary for their integration and adaptability on the labour market, increasing the insertion capacity/vocational mobility, according to current requirements and existing opportunities (identified according to the NCS/SNCDI), increasing the degree of occupancy of students at the completion of the studies for 116 students in upper secondary education (ISCED 3), in level 3 and 4 qualifications, specific to the field of professional training Tourism and Food, through complex information and professional counselling services, focused on acquiring skills that meet current needs (COMPONENTA 2); 3) establishing concrete ways of sustainable collaboration to increase the integration/mobility capacity of IPT graduates, strengthening the relationship between the labor market and the IPT system (for the field of vocational training Tourism and Food encouraging technical-economic cooperation between the educational environment and large enterprises/companies, with priority from economic sectors with potential (English)

    OBIECTIVUL GENERAL AL PROIECTULUI: cresterea participarii la programe de invatare la locul de munca si alte activitati relevante, inovatoare si durabile, specifice domeniului de pregatire profesionala Turism si Alimentatie, pentru 116 elevi din invatamantul secundar superior (ISCED 3), nivel de calificare 3 si 4, in scopul cresterii sanselor de dezvoltare profesionala sustenabila, precum si a gradului de insertie si adaptabilitate a acestora la dinamica pietei muncii din sectoarele economice cu potential competitiv, respectiv domeniude specializare inteligenta (identificate si definite conform SNC/SNCDI), la nivelul teritoriului ITI Delta Dunarii (respectiv judetul Tulcea). SCOPUL PROIECTULUI vizeaza 5 aspecte principale care conduc la imbunatatirea tranzitiei elevilor din invatamantul secundar superior de la educatie la viata profesionala activa, cu prioritate in sectoarele economice cu potential competitiv, respectiv in domeniude specializare inteligenta (identificate si definite conform SNC/SNCDI), asigurand astfel calificarea, competenta si productivitatea viitoarei fortei de munca, prin dezvoltare sustenabila, dinamica si competitiva a acestora pe plan local/ judetean/ regional, respectiv: 1) cresterea ratei de participare a 116 elevi din invatamantul secundar superior (ISCED 3), nivel de calificare 3 si 4, din domeniul de pregatire profesionala Turism si Alimentatie, la programe de invatare la locul de munca specifice prin intermediul unor initiative eficiente, durabile si sustenabile orientate spre dezvoltarea competentelor profesionale a viitorilor absolventi si implicit a cresterii competitivitatii economice in sectoarele vizate, respectiv programe de invatare la locul de munca (COMPONENTA 1); 2) facilitarea tranzitiei de la scoala la viata activa, cresterea abilitatii viitorilor absolventi de a-si alege si adapta traseul profesional la capacitatile si nevoile proprii, dezvoltarea competentelor necesare integrarii si adaptabilitatii acestora pe piata muncii, cresterea capacitatii de insertie/mobilitate profesionala, potrivit cerintelor actuale si oportunitatilor existente (identificate conform SNC/SNCDI), cresterea gradului de ocupabilitate a elevilor la finalizarea studiilor pentru 116 elevi scolarizati in invatamantul secundar superior (ISCED 3), in calificari de nivel 3 si 4, specifice domeniului de pregatire profesionala Turism si Alimentatie, prin intermediul unor servicii complexe de informare si consiliere profesionala, axate pe dobandirea de competente care raspund necesitatilor actuale (COMPONENTA 2); 3) stabilirea unor modalitati concrete de colaborare sustenabila pentru cresterea capacitatii de insertie/mobilitate profesionala a absolventilor IPT, consolidarea relatiei dintre piata muncii si sistemul IPT (pentru domeniul de pregatire profesionala Turism si Alimentatie incurajarea cooperarii tehnico-economice dintre mediul educational si marile intreprinderi/companii, cu prioritate din sectoarele economice cu potential c (Romanian)
