Facilitating access to the labour market for 334 students in pre-university education with the electrotechnical profile in Iași County for a period of 24 months by carrying out learning activities related to internships, counselling and professional guidance, registration and development of practice firms/simulated enterprises. The general and specific objective of the project contributes to the achievement of the major objective of POCU 2014-2020 which aims to develop human resources by increasing access to a quality vocational education and training system, stimulating youth employment, thus contributing to increasing the number of secondary and tertiary non-university education graduates who find a job and to stimulate the participation in work-based learning programmes of students and apprentices from non-university secondary and tertiary education with a focus on economic sectors with competitive potential identified according to NCNS and in areas of smart specialisation according to SNCDI. Facilitarea accesului pe piața muncii pentru 334 de elevi din învățământul preuniversitar cu profilul electrotehnic din județul Iași pentru o perioadă de 24 de luni prin derularea de activități de învățare aferente stagiilor de practică, consilierii și orientării profesionale, înregistrării și dezvoltării unor firme de exercițiu/ întreprinderi simulate. Obiectivul general și cele specifice ale proiectului contribuie la realizarea obiectivului major al POCU 2014-2020 care urmărește dezvoltarea resurselor umane prin creșterea accesului la un sistem de educație și formare profesionala de calitate, stimularea ocupării tinerilor, proiectul contribuind astfel la creșterea numărului absolvenților de învățământ secundar și terțiar non-universitar care-și găsesc un loc de muncă și la stimularea participării la programe de învățare la locul de muncă a elevilor și ucenicilor din învățământul secundar și terțiar non-universitar cu accent pe sectoarele economice cu potențial competitiv identificate conform SNC și din domeniile de specializare inteligentă conform SNCDI. În același timp, obiectivul general al proiectului va genera un efect pozitiv pe termen lung prin integrarea pe piața muncii a cel puțin 168 de persoane. (Romanian)
