It builds its BRAND – brand Tatra ČAJ/TATRATEA, develops its business on the Slovak market as well as on foreign markets. In its activities and activities, he puts emphasis on marketing communication with customers. The company has identified that the design and own packaging of products plays an important role in the ability to distinguish their product from competitors. For this reason, in 2015 it began to build and develop its own division TATRADEKOR. This operation decorates bottles for needs inside the company and is looking for options for decoration as well as for exterm customers. This division and its operation already dispel several decor technologies. One of the main activities of the present project is securing and procuring in this division another innovative technology for beverage glass decoration, beverage glass decoration technology/blowing laser technology.The use of this bottle/drink glass decoration technology is in products with high added value type COGNAC, SINGLE Malt WHISKY, liqueur, SUPER premium VODKA.The company will thus gain the know how to another innovative process of beverage glass decoration. The strategic goal of the project is to develop business in our company and to grow the company’s competitiveness. The specific objectives of the project are: — procurement of new innovative technology for the decoration of beverage glass by laser – expansion of the services of the Bottle Decoration Division by a new technology – increase labor productivity and efficiency of production – reduction of production costs – sustainable development of the company – creation of sustainable jobs – increase profitability – increase of the number of employees by at least three main activity of the project is DEVELOPMENT of the existing SME Due to the planned use of the technology not only for its own needs but also for external customers, the company will offer a service – decoration of bottles on the market. This service is not yet available in Slovakia. With this technology for the decoration of bottles, the company will bring its competitors closer to the developed EU countries, thus ensuring that the EU’s export activities are strengthened, as its customers are also located outside the EU. Spoločnosť KARLOFF, s.r.o. vznikla v roku 2002. Za 15 rokov svojej činnosti vybudovala stabilnú pozíciu na slovenskom trhu s liehovinami. Buduje svoj BRAND - obchodnú značku TATRANSKÝ ČAJ / TATRATEA, rozvíja svoj biznis na slovenskom trhu ako aj na zahraničných trhoch. Pri svojej činnosti a aktivitách kladie dôraz na marketingovú komunikácia so zákazníkmi. Firma identifikovala , že dizajn a vlastný obal produktov zohráva dôležitú úlohu v schopnosti odlišiť svoj produkt od konkurencie . Z tohoto dôvodu začala v roku 2015 budovať a rozvíjať vlastnú divíziu TATRADEKOR. Táto prevádzka dekoruje fľaše pre potreby vo vnútri spoločnosti a hľadá možnosti pre dekoráciu aj pre extermých odberateľov. Táto divízia a jej prevádzka už dispomuje viacerými technológiami na dekoráciu. Jednou z hlavných aktivít predkladaného projektu je zabezpečenie a obstaranie v tejto divízii ďaľšiu inovatívnu technológiu na dekorovanie nápojového skla a to technológiu na dekorovanie nápojového skla / fliaš laserovou technológiou.Využitie tejto technológie na dekoráciu fliaš / nápojového skla je v produktoch s vysokou pridanou hodnotou typu COGNAC, SINGLE MALT WHISKY, LIKÉR, SUPER PRÉMIOVÁ VODKA.Spoločnosť týmto získa know how k ďalšiemu inovatívnemu procesu dekorácie nápojového skla. Strategickým cieľom projektu je rozvoj podnikania v našej spoločnosti a zároveň rast konkurencieschopnosti spoločnosti. Špecifickými cieľmi projektu sú : - obstaranie novej inovatívnej technológie na dekoráciu nápojového skla laserom- rozšírenie ponuky služieb divízie dekorácia fliaš o novú technológiu- zvýšenie produktivity práce a zefektívnenie výroby- zníženie výrobných nákladov- trvalo udržateľný rozvoj spoločnosti- vytvorenie trvalo udržateľných pracovných miest- zvýšenie profitability- zvýšenie počtu zamestnancov minimálne o troch Hlavnou aktivitou projektu je ROZVOJ EXISTUJÚCEHO MSP Vzhľadom na plánované využívanie technológie nielen pre vlastné potreby, ale aj pre externých zákazníkov, bude firma ponúkať službu - dekoráciu fliaš na trhu. Táto služba doposiaľ na Slovensku absentuje. Týmto technologickým celkom na dekoráciu fliaš sa spoločnosť priblíži svojím konkurentom vo vyspelých krajinách EÚ a zabezpečí tak posilnenie exportných aktivít EÚ, keďže jej zákazníci sa nachádzajú aj mimo krajín EÚ.
