Project Local Civil Order Services (MOPS) in the Municipality Salt will be implemented in accordance with the principles of desegregation, degetoisation and destigmatisation and in accordance with the horizontal principles Sustainable Development, Equality of Men and Women and Non-discriminationThe main activity of the project is to support the comprehensive provision of local civil order services in municipalities and cities with the presence of MRK. This is in line with the specific objective of the OP HR to increase financial literacy, employability and employment of marginalised communities, in particular Roma. Other objectives of the project include: strengthening local activism, promoting community development, reducing anti-social behaviour, maintaining public order and the standard quality of the environment in locations where residents of marginalised Roma communities live.MOPS will actively participate in solving problems in the Roma community and cooperate with state police forces. 6 field social workers, teachers’ assistants, health illuminators, 3 community centre staff will also provide assistance within the municipality. ILO members will provide their services in a number of areas. These include protecting children and young people from negative phenomena, protecting public order and property, protecting the environment and preventing conflicts between minorities and the majority. The project will be implemented on the territory of the municipality of Salt and will focus on the following target groups:- members and residents of marginalised Roma communities – self-government employees working with marginalised Roma communities in the municipality. The measurable indicators of the project are:- the number of employees providing assistance services – 8/5 Roma and 3 non-Roma/- the number of employees from the MRC providing assistance services – 5 (English)

    Projekt Miestne občianske poriadkové služby (MOPS) v obci Soľ bude vykonávaný v súlade s princípmi desegregácie, degetoizácie a destigmatizácie a v súlade s horizontálnymi princípmi Udržateľný rozvoj, Rovnosť mužov a žien a NediskrimináciaHlavnou aktivitou projektu je podpora komplexného poskytovania miestnej občianskej poriadkovej služby v obciach a mestách s prítomnosťou MRK. Táto je v súlade so špecifickým cieľom OP ĽZ, ktorým je zvýšenie finančnej gramotnosti, zamestnateľnosti a zamestnanosti marginalizovaných komunít, predovšetkým Rómov. Medzi ďalšie ciele projektu patria: posilnenie miestneho aktivizmu, podpora komunitného rozvoja, zníženie páchania protispoločenských konaní, udržiavanie verejného poriadku a štandardnej kvality životného prostredia v lokalitách, v ktorých žijú obyvatelia marginalizovaných rómskych komunít.MOPS sa bude aktívne podieľať na riešení problémov v rómskej komunite a bude spolupracovať so štátnymi policajnými zložkami. Pomoc im v rámci obce poskytnú aj 6 terénni sociálni pracovníci, asistenti učiteľov, zdravotní osvetári, 3 pracovníci komunitného centra. Členovia MOPS budú poskytovať svoje služby vo viacerých oblastiach. Ide napríklad o ochranu detí a mládeže pred negatívnymi javmi, ochranu verejného poriadku a majetku, ochranu životného prostredia či prevenciu konfliktu medzi menšinou a väčšinou. Projekt sa bude realizovať na území obce Soľ a bude zameraný na tieto cieľové skupiny:- príslušníkov a obyvateľov marginalizovaných rómskych komunít- zamestnancov samosprávy pracujúcich s marginalizovanými rómskymi komunitami v obci. Merateľnými ukazovateľmi projektu sú:- počet zamestnancov poskytujúcich asistenčné služby - 8 / 5 rómov a 3 nerómovia/- počet zamestnancov z MRK poskytujúcich asistenčné služby -  5 (Slovak)
