Predmetom predkladaného projektu ŽoNFP je zvýšenie technickej vybavenosti pre marginalizované rómske komunity v obci Rakúsy a to prostredníctvom zlepšenia prístupu ku kvalitnému vzdelávaniu. K zvýšeniu technickej vybavenosti dôjde prostredníctvom zlepšenia prístupu ku kvalitnému vzdelávaniu prostreníctvom poskytnutia kvalitného vzdelávania a starostlivosti v rannom detstve. Projekt rieši výstavbu budovy materskej školy v obci Rakúsy. Objekt bude riešený ako dvojpodlažná budova bez podpivničenia so sedlovou strechou. Do objektu bude zabezpečený bezbarierový vstup. Materská škola je naprojektovaná na 5 tried po 16 detí čím bude možné umiestniť do tohto predškolského zariadenia 80 detí. Zastavaná plocha bude 428,78 m2, celková úžitková plocha budovy by mala byť podľa projektovej dokumentácie 748,60m2 a obostavaný priestor bude 3200m2. Na 1NP sa budú nachádzať šatne,WC a sprcha pre zamestnancov, šatne, hygienické zázemie, herne, spálne, jedálne, technická miestnosť, sklad paliva, práčovňa, sklad prádla,výdajňa jedla, sklad hračiek, WC muži, WC ženy a WC imobilní. Na 2NP sa bude nachádzať kabinet pre učiteľov, WC zamestnanci, riaditeľňa, šatne, hygienické zázemie, herne, spálne a sklady. Predkladaný projekt je v súlade s princípmi desegregácie, degetoizácie a destigmatizácie a novostavba bude spĺňať minimálne požiadavky na energeticky úsporné budovy. (Slovak)

The subject of the present project is to increase technical facilities for marginalised Roma communities in the municipality of Rakúsy by improving access to quality education. Increased technical facilities will be achieved by improving access to quality education by providing quality early childhood education and care. The project deals with the construction of a kindergarten building in the village of Rakúsy. The building will be designed as a two-storey building without basement with a gable roof. Barrier-free access to the building will be provided. The kindergarten is designed for 5 classes of 16 children, allowing 80 children to be placed in this pre-school facility. The built-up area will be 428,78 m², the total usable area of the building should be 748,60 m² according to the project documentation and the area will be 3200 m². On 1NP there will be a dressing room, toilet and shower for employees, changing rooms, sanitary facilities, playrooms, bedrooms, dining room, technical room, fuel storage, laundry, store laundry, food store, storage of toys, toilet men, toilet women and toilets immobile. On 2NP there will be a cabinet for teachers, toilet staff, director’s room, changing rooms, sanitary facilities, playrooms, bedrooms and warehouses. The proposed project complies with the principles of desegregation, degetoisation and destigmatisation, and the new building will meet the minimum requirements for energy-efficient buildings.
