The aim of the project is to support the development of tourism in NP Poloniny through the implementation of the business plan of the applicant actual, s.r.o., building capacity for accommodation for visitors to NP and expansion of the company’s activity in another business segment. In the analysis of strategic documents of regional development in this geographical area and in the analysis of the market by the applicant, the development of tourism in the area of the national park was key to identifying a lack of accommodation capacity and insufficient small support services.In the investment plan, the reconstruction of the existing confluence No. 265 in the village of Ulič is considered. The conversion consists of the extension and partial superstructure of the building. After building modifications, a private accommodation with one star (1*) will be created in accordance with Decree 277/2008 Coll. §4 par. 18. Currently, the object is not used. Additional activity will be the possibility of renting bicycles and e-scooters, which will be offered for rent and rental priority to accommodated guests and free capacities also to other tourists in the area. Information about this service will be provided to all tourism businesses as well as to the local government and will also be supported by the planned website with the reservation system. Project management will be outsourced in accordance with the conditions laid down in the management documentation.The implementation of the project will fulfil the measurable indicators P0284 Number of enterprises receiving grants (1), P0288 Number of enterprises receiving support in order to present products new to the firm (1), P0301 Number of supported SMEs operated by persons from disadvantaged social groups (1), P0512 Number of products new to the firm (2). Cieľom projektu je podpora rozvoja cestovného ruchu v NP Poloniny prostredníctvom realizácie podnikateľského zámeru žiadateľa AKTUÁL, s.r. o, vybudovanie kapacít na ubytovanie pre návštevníkov NP sa rozšírenie činnosti firmy v inom segmente podnikania. Pri analýze strategických dokumentov regionálneho rozvoja v tejto geografickej oblasti a zároveň pri analýze trhu žiadateľom bol v rámci rozvoja cestovného ruchu v oblasti národného parku ako kľúčový identifikovaný nedostatok ubytovacích kapacít a nedostatočné drobné podporné služby.V investičnom zámere sa uvažuje s prestavbou existujúcej budovy súp. č. 265 v obci Ulič. Prestavba spočíva v prístavbe a čiastočnej nadstavbe objektu. Po stavebných úpravách vznikne ubytovacie zariadenie – ubytovanie v súkromí s jednou hviezdičkou (1*), v zmysle Vyhlášky 277/2008 Z.z. §4 ods. 18. V súčasnosti je objekt nevyužívaný.Doplnkovou aktivitou bude možnosť prenájmu bicyklov a e-kolobežiek, ktoré budú ponúkané na požičanie a prenájom prioritne ubytovaným hosťom a pri voľných kapacitám aj iným turistom v oblasti. Informácia o tejto službe bude poskytnutá všetkým podnikateľským subjektom v oblasti cestovného ruchu a takisto miestnej samospráve a bude marketingovo podporovaná aj plánovanou webstránkou s rezervačným systémom. Riadenie projektu bude zabezpečené externou formu v súlade s podmienkami určenými riadiacou dokumentáciou.Realizáciou projektu budú naplnené merateľné ukazovatele P0284 Počet podnikov, ktoré dostávajú granty (1), P0288 Počet podnikov, ktoré dostávajú podporu s cieľom predstaviť výrobky, ktoré sú pre firmu nové (1), P0301 Počet podporených MSP prevádzkovaných osobami zo znevýhodnených sociálnych skupín (1), P0512 Počet produktov, ktoré sú pre firmu nové (2).
