V rámci národného projektu (ďalej len NP) sa budú implementova vybrané aktívne opatrenia na trhu práce (ďalej len AOTP) podža zákona č. 5/2004 Z. z. o slubách zamestnanosti a o zmene a doplnení niektorých zákonov v znení neskorích predpisov (ďalej len zákon o slubách zamestnanosti). Aktivity podporené NP budú zamerané na podporu zamestnanosti, zamestnatežnosti a adaptability uchádzačov o zamestnanie (ďalej len UoZ) a znevýhodnených uchádzačov o zamestnanie (ďalej len ZUoZ). Projekt bude realizova Ústredie práce, sociálnych vecí a rodiny (ďalej len ústredie) a 43 úradov práce, sociálnych vecí a rodiny (ďalej len úrady) v rámci Západného, Stredného a Východného Slovenska. The national project (hereinafter referred to as NP) will implement selected active labour market measures (hereinafter referred to as AOTP) under Act No 5/2004 on employment services and amending certain acts, as amended by late regulations (hereinafter referred to as the Employment Services Act). The activities supported by the NPs will be aimed at promoting employment, employability and adaptability of jobseekers (hereinafter referred to as “UoZ”) and disadvantaged jobseekers (hereinafter referred to as Zuoz). The project will be implemented by the Central Office of Labour, Social Affairs and Family (hereinafter the Headquarters) and 43 employment, social affairs and family offices (hereinafter referred to as offices) within Western, Central and Eastern Slovakia.
