The 3 axes of the CLDS are articulated, and go against the priority intervention axes in the PDS. They include disadvantaged social groups, through capacity building of families, intervention in vulnerable groups, combating isolation and loneliness of the elderly, and in the development of the local economy. Thus, promoting the recognition of resources and instruments that can contribute to local development and growth. (English)
