Due to the social role it plays for the municipality and the privileged position it holds, the Santa Casa da Misericórdia de Mogadouro through this project aims to develop a formative intervention strategy that allows the qualification and insertion/re-insertion into the labour market of the most unfavourable groups in its municipality, thus mitigating the economic, social and family constraints that the unemployment situation entails.
