With this operation, AESoure intends to increase the skills and qualification levels of ASSOCIADOS (employment workers) farther away from the (re)ingrespect in the labour market, including the longterm unemployed (DLD) and the non-LDD unemployed (NDLD), with lower qualifications than secondary education.
