This project at the CENTRO aims to act on both sides of a narrow line of vulnerability that separates employment from unemployment, by responding to the qualification needs of assets employed in organisations where the labour factor has a determining weight, reinforcing its employability and, on the other, returning unemployed with the 12nd year or higher, to the labour market, as soon as possible, preventing them from switching to DLD (English)
