In view of the need for sustained processes of professional qualification, which enhance a faster and more sustained return to the labour market, we will work with unemployed low-skilled workers in the region. We will create a network of entities, starting with the involvement of qualifications, companies, organisations and social economy in order to develop the fmcs as a privileged support to increase the skills of this population.
