Brief description of the project: The municipality of Bystré will implement the project entitled "Support of the caregiving service in the village Bystré. The aim of the project is also in line with the specific objective 4.2.1 OP źZ to implement the transition from institutional to community care. The aim of the project is to solve problems with the provision of care services in order to avoid placing clients in facilities by supporting social work with clients in their natural environment. The main group of the project are:- children (minors) and adult natural persons to whom social services are provided – employees implementing policies and measures in the field of social inclusion in the public and non-public sector. The place of implementation of the project is the territory of the municipality of Bystré in the district of Vranov nad Topžou. The predominant time of the project activities and the mostly used project results will be realised at ariská 98/2, 094 34 Bystré. The main activity of the project is the provision of care services.The provision of care services will take place in accordance with the Social Services Act within the meaning of Section 12(1)(c)(2); Paragraph 13(3) and Section 41. Stručný popis projektu: Obec Bystré bude realizova projekt s názvom Podpora opatrovatežskej sluby v obci Bystré.Ciežom projektu je v súlade so pecifickým ciežom 4.2.1 OP źZ realizácia prechodu z intitucionálnej na komunitnú starostlivos. Ciežom realizácie projektu je riei problémy s poskytovaním opatrovatežskej sluby za účelom predchádzania umiestňovania klientov do zariadení podporou sociálnej práce s klientmi v ich prirodzenom prostredí. Ciežovou skupinou projektu sú:- deti (maloleté osoby) a plnoleté fyzické osoby, ktorým sa poskytujú sociálne sluby- zamestnanci vykonávajúci politiky a opatrenia v oblasti sociálneho začlenenia vo verejnom aj v neverejnom sektore Miestom realizácie projektu je územie obce Bystré v okrese Vranov nad Topžou. Prevaná čas aktivít projektu a prevane vyuívané výsledky projektu budú realizované na adrese ariská 98/2 , 094 34 Bystré. Hlavnou aktivitou projektu je poskytovanie opatrovatežskej sluby.Poskytovanie opatrovatežskej sluby bude prebieha v zmysle zákona o sociálnych slubách v zmysle ustanovení § 12 odsek 1písm. c) bod 2; § 13 odsek 3 a § 41. Meratežné ukazovatele projektu:P0334 Počet podporovaných kapacít nových, inovatívnych sluieb alebo opatrení na komunitnej úrovni, v domácom prostredí, otvorenom prostredí alebo náhradnom prostredí - 2P0361 Počet projektov zameraných na verejné správy alebo sociálne sluby na vnútrotátnej, regionálnej a miestnej úrovni - 1 (Slovak)
