The funds allocated to financial instruments have the task of contributing to the implementation of long-term investment projects within the national investment priorities of the Slovak Republic and thus promote stability and economic growth through investments without additional State budget entry. Financial instruments will be implemented in investment projects that meet the conditions of ex ante evaluation and the conditions for support defined in the IROP, in particular as regards eligible activities, adopters and project selection principles. Both projects will be selected in accordance with the eligible IROP activities in the field of upgrading the infrastructure of facilities providing acute health care under Priority Axis 2. The financial instruments implemented within IROP aim to promote the growth of the quality of life and thus contribute to the development of objective conditions of achievement or progressive improvement of the quality of life in selected areas in Slovakia, thus contributing to ensuring appropriate conditions for the life of inhabitants in Slovakia. Prostriedky alokované na finančné nástroje majú za úlohu prispie k realizácii dlhodobých investičných projektov v rámci národných investičných priorít SR a podpori tak stabilitu a ekonomický rast prostredníctvom investícií bez dodatočného zaaovania tátneho rozpočtu. Finančné nástroje budú implementované v investičných projektoch spĺňajúcich podmienky hodnotenia ex ante a zároveň podmienky podpory vymedzené v IROP, najmä pokiaž ide o oprávnené aktivity, prijímatežov a zásady výberu projektov. Ciežové projekty budú vybrané v súlade s oprávnenými aktivitami IROP v oblasti modernizácie infratruktúry zariadení poskytujúcich akútnu zdravotnú starostlivos v rámci prioritnej osi 2. Fiančné nástroje implementované v rámci IROP majú za ciež podpori rast kvality ivota a taktie prispie k rozvíjaniu objektívnych podmienok udrania, respektíve postupného zvyovania kvality ivota vo vybraných oblastiach na území SR, a tak prispie k zabezpečeniu vhodných podmienok pre ivot obyvatežov na Slovensku.
