The project will be implemented by the Central Office of Labour, Social Affairs and Family (hereinafter the Headquarters) and 43 employment, social affairs and family offices (hereinafter referred to as offices) within the Slovak Republic (hereinafter referred to as the Slovak Republic) outside the Bratislava Self-Governing Region (hereinafter referred to as BSK). Expenditure relating to the BSK will be charged to the State budget. The reallocation of funds is calculated on the basis of the recalculation of UoZ ratios registered at the offices of the PSVR within the VRR and the MRR (as at 31 January 2017) and on the basis of actual costs specifically for VRR and especially for the MRR.The reallocation of funds under the conversion of UoZ funds within the Slovak Republic without the BSR (MRR) to 43 authorities is 93.65 % and within the BSK (VRR) – financed by R, sub-calculation of 3 authorities 6.35 %. The reallocation of funds is used for technical equipment attributable to the PSVR offices specifically for MRR and VRR in particular. The aim of the National Project Effective Commissions to Citizens 2 (hereinafter referred to as NP ESKO-2) is to follow up on the successfully implemented National Project Effective Commissions to the Citizen (hereinafter referred to as ESKO NP), which was implemented in the Slovak Republic with the exception of BSK under the Operational Programme “Employment and Social Inclusion” and will follow from the state budget also within the BSK. The aim of the project is to build pro-cliently oriented public employment services so that they are provided in a targeted, comprehensive and accessible way as a result of efforts to provide assistance to the citizen in one place, at the same time providing such services also for another group of clients of the authorities – employees and modernisation of services in accordance with the needs and requirements of the labour market.     Projekt bude realizova Ústredie práce, sociálnych vecí a rodiny (ďalej len ústredie) a 43 úradov práce, sociálnych vecí a rodiny (ďalej len úrady) v rámci Slovenskej republiky (ďalej len SR) mimo Bratislavského samosprávneho kraja (ďalej len BSK). Výdavky viažuce sa k BSK budú hradené zo štátneho rozpočtu. Prerozdelenie finančných prostriedkov je vypočítané na základe prepočtu pomerov UoZ evidovaných na úradoch PSVR v rámci VRR a MRR (stav k 31.1.2017) a na základe skutočných nákladov osobitne pre VRR a osobitne pre MRR.Prerozdelenie finančných prostriedkov podža prepočtu UoZ v rámci SR bez BSK (MRR) na 43 úradov je 93,65% a v rámci BSK (VRR) - financované zo ŠR, podža prepočtu 3 úradov 6,35 %. Prerozdelenie finančných prostriedkov podža skutočnosti je použité pri technickom vybavení pripadajúce na úrady PSVR osobitne pre MRR a osobitne pre VRR. Zámerom národného projektu „Efektívnymi službami k občanovi – 2“ (ďalej len NP ESKO-2) je nadviaza  na úspešne implementovaný národný projekt „Efektívnymi službami k občanovi“ (ďalej len NP ESKO), ktorý sa realizoval na území Slovenskej republiky s výnimkou BSK v rámci Operačného programu Zamestnanos a sociálna inklúzia a nadväzne zo štátneho rozpočtu aj v rámci BSK. Ciežom projektu je budovanie proklientsky orientovaných verejných služieb zamestnanosti tak, aby boli poskytované adresne, komplexne a dostupne v nadväznosti na snahu  poskytnú pomoc  občanovi na jednom mieste, zároveň zabezpečenie takýchto služieb aj pre ďalšiu skupinu klientov úradov - zamestnávatežov a modernizácia služieb v súlade s potrebami a požiadavkami trhu práce. Podpora služieb zamestnanosti prostredníctvom informačných systémov a technológií zabezpečí kvalitnejšie poskytovanie služieb zamestnanosti, čo napomôže k zvýšeniu zamestnanosti ciežových skupín, čím národný projekt prispeje k prekonávaniu sociálno-ekonomického znevýhodnenia spôsobeného nezamestnanosou. Projekt sa bude realizova prostredníctvom hlavnej aktivity Vytvorenie a implementácia nástrojov zameraných na podporu efektívnejších služieb zamestnanosti a podaktivít:Podaktivita č. 1:  Služby pre klientov – Uplatnenie uchádzačov o zamestnanie na trhu prácePodaktivita č. 2:  Doplnenie vybavenia pre úrady prácePodaktivita č. 3:  Podpora pre zamestnancov úradov v oblasti poskytovania služieb zamestnanosti. Ciežovou skupinou projektu sú:Inštitúcie verejných a súkromných služieb zamestnanosti a ich zamestnanci  - Ústredie a úrady práce, sociálnych vecí a rodiny vrátane svojich zamestnancovUchádzači o zamestnanieZamestnanciZamestnávateliaSociálni partneri (Slovak)
