The main mistake of the project is the development of specialised advisory services at employees of the social facility SENIORPARK n.o., with a focus on addressing and eliminating all forms of discrimination and at risk of poverty for clients (seniors) of the social facility SENIORPARK n.o., who are entrusted to care. It is the employees of establishments of this type that often witness situations where their wards become both psychological violence and discrimination even at risk of poverty by their family members. Such phenomena occur between the client and family members, in particular in connection with problems relating to property relations. Clients are largely deprived of property by some of the family members. There is unrest in the client’s family, which is often put into problems that are unable to solve. Especially clients of specialised equipment with Alzheimer’s or Parkinson’s disease. Family members dilate from relatives (clients). The client becomes a person at risk of discrimination, poverty and social exclusion. There are waves and what situations with an adverse impact especially on the state of health of the client, who feel lonely because family members for various reasons stop visiting him, he feels useless, disappointed, loses chu into life. The client is in a situation where he needs intensive psychological, economic, legal or social counselling. Not only advising, but also well-chosen information outreach activities within the present project will achieve a multiplier effect for the target group, awareness of their rights and freedoms. You feel and believe that with your problems he is not alone. There are always qualified employees of SENIORPARK n.o. who will lead him to provide the necessary expert advice and support. In order to achieve the main objective of the project, sufficient education and advice is needed not only in relation to clients and employees of the SENIORPAR n.o. equipment, but also towards their family members. These often do not know how to reconcile with the condition of their relatives, they do not know how to respond properly when interviewing and other activities with the affected client. Therefore, the time of the project activities will also be devoted to sufficient and effective education in relation to family members. In order to be able to eliminate all forms of discrimination and the risk of poverty among the clients of the social institution, sufficient qualified staff of SENIORPARK n.o. employees are needed. Activities will focus in particular on managing and resolving stressful and adverse situations in order to ensure the elimination of such situations. The way he prevents employees from being dragged into family disputes. Therefore, the time of the project activities will be focused on the development of specialised consulting services of employees in the field of prevention and elimination of discrimination in the clients of the social facility SENIORPARK n.o.. Projekt Rozvoj pecializovaných poradenských sluieb sociálneho zariadenia SENIORPARK n.o. v oblasti prevencie a eliminácie diskriminácie je svojím zameraním v súlade so OP źZ 2014-2020, pecifickým ciežom 4.1.2 Prevencia a eliminácia vetkých foriem diskriminácie.Hlavnou mylienkou projektu je rozvoj pecializovaných poradenských sluieb u zamestnancov sociálneho zariadenia SENIORPARK n.o., so zameraním na rieenie a elimináciu vetkých foriem diskriminácie a ohrozenia chudobou klientov (seniorov) sociálneho zariadenia SENIORPARK n.o., ktorí sú im zverený do opatrovatežskej starostlivosti. Práve zamestnanci zariadení tohto typu, bývajú často svedkami situácií, kedy sa ich zverenci stávajú obeou psychického násilia a diskriminácie dokonca sú ohrozovaný chudobou zo strany svojich rodinných prísluníkov. K takýmto javom medzi klientom a rodinnými prísluníkmi dochádza najmä v súvislosti s problémami, ktoré sa týkajú majetkových vzahov. Klienti sú poväčine zbavovaní majetku niektorým z rodinných prísluníkov. Dochádza k nepokojom v rodine klienta, ktorý je často vahovaný do problémov, ktoré nie je schopný riei. Najmä klienti pecializovaného zariadenia s Alzheimerovou alebo Parkinsonovou chorobou. Rodinní prísluníci sa ditancujú od príbuzných (klientov). Klient sa stáva osobou ohrozenou diskrimináciou, chudobou a sociálnym vylúčením. Vznikajú váne a aké situácie s nepriaznivým dopadom najmä na zdravotný stav klienta, ktorý sa cíti osamelo pretoe ho rodinný prísluníci z rôznych dôvodov prestanú navtevova, cíti sa zbytočný, sklamaný, stráca chu do ivota. Klient sa dostáva do situácie, kedy potrebuje intenzívne psychologické, ekonomické, právne, či sociálne poradenstvo. Nie len poradenstvom, ale aj správne zvolenou informačnou osvetovou činnosou v rámci predkladaného projektu bude dosiahnutý multiplikačný efekt u ciežovej skupiny, uvedomovanie si svojich práv a slobôd. Tie pocit a presvedčenie, e so svojimi problémami nie je sám. Sú tu vdy pre neho kvalifikovaný zamestnanci zariadenia SENIORPARK n.o., ktorí mu budú vedie poskytnú potrebné odborné poradenstvo a podporu. Pre dosiahnutie hlavného cieža projektu je potrebná dostatočná osveta a poradenstvo nie len vo vzahu ku klientom a zamestnancom zariadenia SENIORPAR n.o., ale aj smerom k ich rodinným prísluníkom. Títo sa často nevedia zmieri so stavom svojich príbuzných, nevedia správne reagova pri rozhovoroch a ostatných činnostiach s postihnutým klientom. Preto čas aktivít projektu bude venovaná aj dostatočnej a efektívnej osvete vo vzahu k rodinným prísluníkom. Aby bolo moné eliminova vetky formy diskriminácie a ohrozenia chudobou u klientov sociálneho zariadenia je potrebný dostatočne odborne spôsobilý personál zamestnancov sociálneho zariadenia SENIORPARK n.o.. Aktivity budú zamerané najmä na zvládanie a rieenie stresových a nepriaznivých situácií s ciežom zabezpeči elimináciu takýchto situácií. Tie ako sa bráni pred vahovaním zamestnancov do rodinných sporov. Preto čas aktivít projektu bude zameraná na rozvoj pecializovaných poradenských sluieb zamestnancov v oblasti prevencie a eliminácie diskriminácie u klientov sociálneho zariadenia SENIORPARK n.o..
