Jozue s.r.o. intends to establish a flexible childcare centre in Prievidza under the name JOZUEkids as part of the proposed project plan. The initial capacity of 7-10 children is planned to increase in the medium term, and from the outset there is also a desire for a deom with special educational needs. The philosophy and approach within the planned flexible childcare will be based on the principles of background learning with elements of montessori and Welfdor pedagogy, which supports children’s learning based on their own experiences and their own exploration of the world. For the above mentioned capacity of the facility, the company plans to employ 2 employees and 1 trainer for children with VVP. As part of the project, the company plans to provide short-term flexible care for the age category of children from 3-14 years in the leased premises at the Square of Liberty 20 in Prievidza, which meet all the required standards for this type of activity with children, as confirmed by the Regional Public Health Authority and the local competent Labour Inspectorate. The implementation period of the project is 24 months with the planned start of implementation September 2018. This activity is planned by Jozue s.r.o. company udra for a long time, at least 6 months after the end of the support. The main objective of the project is to improve the conditions for the reconciliation of work and family life to increase the employment of persons with parental responsibilities, especially those (not only) in the district of Prievidza, while it wants to reflect on the specificities of the labour market in the region where parents work in flexible working hours or in multi-shifted operations. The objective group targeted by the project is not only parents after maternity, parental leave, but also jobseekers with parental responsibilities, job seekers with parental responsibilities, jobseekers with emphasis on people with difficulties in reconciling family and work life, job seekers with an emphasis on people with difficulties in reconciling family and work life, employees and self-employed with parental responsibilities. The current project aims at achieving equality between men and women in all areas, including in the areas of access to employment, career progression, reconciliation of work and private life and promotion of equal pay for equal work, is in line with the horizontal principle of aggression. V rámci predkladaného projektového zámeru chce spoločnos JOZUE s.r.o zriadi centrum flexibilnej starostlivosti o deti v meste Prievidza pod názvom JOZUEkids. Úvodnú kapacitu 7 - 10 detí má v pláne v strednodobom horizonte navýi pričom od začiatku sa chce venova aj deom so peciálnymi výchovno-vzdelávacími potrebami. Filozofia a prístup v rámci plánovanej flexibilnej starostlivosti o deti bude vychádza z princípov záitkového učenia s prvkami montessori a walfdorskej pedagogiky, ktorá podporuje učenie sa detí na základe vlastných skúseností a vlastného skúmania sveta. Pre uvedenú kapacitu zariadenia plánuje spoločnos v rámci projektu zamestna 2 vychovávatežky a 1 vychovávatežku pre deti so VVP. V rámci projektu plánuje spoločnos poskytova krátkodobú flexibilnú starostlivos pre vekovú kategóriu detí od 3-14 rokov v prenajatých priestoroch na adrese Námestie Slobody 20 v meste Prievidza, ktoré spĺňajú vetky poadované normy na uvedený druh činnosti s demi čo potvrdil aj Regionálny úrad verejného zdravotníctva a miestne prísluný Inpektorát práce. Doba realizácie projektu je 24 mesiacov s plánovaným začiatkom realizácie september 2018. Uvedenú činnos plánuje spoločnos JOZUE s.r.o. udra dlhodobo, minimálne 6 mesiacov po skončení podpory. Hlavným ciežom projektu je zlepením podmienok pre zosúladenie pracovného a rodinného ivota zvýi zamestnanos osôb s rodičovskými povinnosami, najmä ien (nie len) v okrese Prievidza, pričom chce reflektova na pecifiká trhu práce v regióne, kde rodičia pracujú vo flexibilných pracovných časoch resp. vo viaczmenných prevádzkach. Ciežovou skupinou, na ktorú sa projekt zameriava sú nielen rodičia- eny po materskej, rodičovskej dovolenke, ale aj uchádzači o zamestnanie s rodičovskými povinnosami, záujemcovia o zamestnanie s rodičovskými povinnosami, uchádzači o zamestnanie s dôrazom na osoby s problémami pri zosúlaďovaní rodinného a pracovného ivota, záujemcovia o zamestnanie s dôrazom na osoby s problémami pri zosúlaďovaní rodinného a pracovného ivota, zamestnanci a SZČO s rodičovskými povinnosami. Predkladaný projekt sa zameriava na dosiahnutie rovnosti medzi mumi a enami vo vetkých oblastiach, vrátane v oblasti prístupu k zamestnaniu, kariérneho postupu, zosúladenia pracovného a súkromného ivota a presadzovanie rovnakej odmeny za rovnakú prácu, je v súlade s horizontálnym princípom udratežný rozvoj.
