The main objective of the project of the non-profit organisation (f)ITcubator is to optimise the processes of public administration through the implementation of smart concepts in the management of local and regional development for the development of better public policies in all areas of the urban development of the municipality of Poprad through monitoring and analysis of public policies, evaluation of their impacts and design of solutions for their optimisation with a view to improving the quality and accessibility of public services. The target group of the project is the City of Poprad as a self-governing unit operating in accordance with the Act on municipal establishment, institutions established by it, entities of the non-governmental and non-profit sector, legal entities on the territory of the city and as recipients of public sector services, as a priority citizens of the city of Poprad and the catchment area of the district. The cooperation of the entities of the target group is supported by signed cooperation memorandums, the subject of which is the mutual exchange of information between the applicant (f)ITcubator and the self-government as well as the non-governmental and non-profit sector Slovak Smart City Cluster. These target groups will either be directly involved in the proposed activities in the form of direct participation (meetings, trainings, workshops, conferences...), or they will benefit from the implementation of the project following the introduction of smart solutions into practical life in the territory of the city of Poprad. The output of the main activity will be 1 comprehensive conceptual material, 10 completed evaluations, analyses and studies, 20 realised information activities (workshops, infodays, conferences), 10 packages of proposed measures aimed at making public administration more effective and 1 multisectoral partnership created. Hlavným ciežom projektu neziskovej organizácie (f)ITcubator je optimalizácia procesov verejnej správy prostredníctvom implementácie smart konceptov v manamente miestneho a regionálneho rozvoja pre tvorbu lepích verejných politík vo vetkých oblastiach mestského rozvoja územnej samosprávy mesta Poprad prostredníctvom monitoringu a analýzy verejných politík, hodnotenia ich dopadov a návrhu rieení na ich optimalizáciu s ciežom skvalitnenia a dostupnosti verejných sluieb. Ciežovou skupinou projektu je Mesto Poprad ako samosprávna jednotka fungujúca v zmysle zákona o obecnom zriadení, ním zriadené intitúcie, subjekty mimovládneho a neziskového sektora, právnické osoby na území mesta a ako prijímatelia sluieb verejného sektora prioritne občania mesta Poprad a spádovej oblasti okresu. Spolupráca subjektov ciežovej skupiny je podporená podpísanými memorandami o spolupráci, predmetom ktorých je vzájomná výmena informácií medzi iadatežom (f)ITcubator a samosprávou ako aj subjektom mimovládneho a neziskového sektora Slovak Smart City Cluster. Uvedené ciežové skupiny budú buď priamo zapojené do navrhovaných aktivít formou priamej účasti (stretnutia, kolenia, workshopy, konferencia....), alebo budú profitova z realizácie projektu následne po zavedení smart rieení do praktického ivota v území mesta Poprad. Výstupom hlavnej aktivity bude 1 súhrnný koncepčný materiál, 10 zrealizovaných hodnotení, analýz a túdií, 20 zrealizovaných informačných aktivít (workshopy, infodni, konferencie), 10 balíkov navrhnutých opatrení zameraných na zefektívnenie verejnej správy a 1 vytvorené multisektorové partnerstvo.
