Brief description of the project: The aim of the project is to increase the safety of non-motorised transport participants by building a new – separate cycling communication and increasing the attractiveness of cycling transport: prostredníctvom:vybudovania new, safe and accessible cycling communication, which will connect to existing cycling communication and thus connect the centre of the city of Preov with housing estate II. and housing estate III. with the center of Preov, building additional infrastructure within the new cycling communication,implementation of measures to calm traffic. Spa area V)A2 – Installation of additional cycling infrastructure to the new cycling road cycle path Mlynský nahon (from ul. “A3 – Building elements of soothing traffic within the cycling road cycle path Mlynský nahon (from ul. Spa on site V) Support activities projektu:Pôjde about activities related to the provision of public procurement process, project management and financial management. The implementation of the project activities will increase the share of cycling transport in the overall breakdown of transport work, create conditions for better and safe mobility of residents, increase the safety of residents using cycling communication and thus increase the attractiveness of non-motorised transport. The project will also significantly contribute to an increase in the share of environmentally friendly (non-motorised) transport in other modes of transport during transport to employment and for education, positive environmental effects (reduction of air pollution, noise and vibration). Stručný popis projektu: Ciežom projektu je zvýenie bezpečnosti účastníkov nemotorovej dopravy vybudovaním novej - samostatnej cyklistickej komunikácie a zvýenie atraktivity cyklistickej dopravy prostredníctvom:vybudovania novej, bezpečnej a dostupnej cyklistickej komunikácie, ktorá sa bude napája na u existujúcu cyklistickú komunikáciu a prepojí tak centrum mesta Preov so sídliskom II. a sídliska III. s centrom mesta Preov,vybudovania doplnkovej infratruktúry v rámci novej cyklistickej komunikácie,realizácie opatrení na upokojovanie dopravy. Hlavné aktivity projektu:A. Výstavba infratruktúry pre nemotorovú dopravuA1 - Vybudovanie novej cyklistickej komunikácie Cyklochodník Mlynský náhon (od ul. Kúpežnej po areál V)A2 - Intalácia doplnkovej cyklistickej infratruktúry k novej cyklistickej komunikácii Cyklochodník Mlynský náhon (od ul. Kúpežnej po areál V)"A3 - Budovanie prvkov upokojovania dopravy v rámci cyklistickej komunikácie Cyklochodník Mlynský náhon (od ul. Kúpežnej po areál V) Podporné aktivity projektu:Pôjde o aktivty súvisiace so zabezpečením procesu verejného obstarávania, projektového manamentu a finančného manamentu. Realizáciou aktivít projektu dôjde k zvýeniu podielu cyklistickej dopravy na celkovej dežbe dopravnej práce, budú vytvorené podmienky pre lepiu a bezpečnejiu mobilitu obyvatežov, zvýi sa bezpečnos obyvatežov vyuívajúcich cyklistickú komunikáciu a taktie dôjde k zvýeniu atraktivity nemotorovej dopravy. Projekt výrazne prispeje aj k nárastu podielu ekologicky priaznivejej (nemotorovej) dopravy na iných módoch dopravy pri preprave do zamestnania a za vzdelaním, spozitívnym enviromentálnym efektom (zníenie miery znečistenia ovzduia, hluku a vibrácií). Miesto realizácie projektu: Mesto Preov,Predpokladaná dĺka realizácie projektu: 6 mesiacov Realizácia projektu sleduje nasledovné meratežné ukazovatele, ktoré budú naplnené realizáciou hlavných aktivít projektu: Dĺka nových úsekov cyklistických komunikácií - 0,4489 km Počet vytvorených prvkov doplnkovej cyklistickej infratruktúry - 1 Počet vybudovaných prvkov upokojovania dopravy - 1 (Slovak)
