The main objective of the project is to misunderstand the results of students at risk of school failure through newly created jobs due to problems in learning, behaviour or health problems. The present project is directly linked to the specific ciež:1.1.1 increase in inclusiveness and equal access to quality education and poorer outcomes and competences of children and students. The needs of the target group will be to respond to activities that contribute to equalising the disadvantage of pupils with special educational needs and students and ensuring equal opportunities in the educational process. With regard to the specific objectives of the OP, the main activities were also chosen:- the creation of 4 full posts per assistant as an assistant All posts will be employed on an employment contract. The main activity of the project is focused on the activity of the assistant teacher. The teaching assistant is an integral part of the education process, who is assigned to the pupils with VET, whose diagnosis is particularly desirable. The assistant’s activities are focused on immediate assistance and cooperation with classroom teachers, facilitating the adaptation of the dieao and helping to overcome barriers. An important part of the assistant’s activities is the preparation of teaching aids, accompanied by outside the classroom and extracurricular activities. From the time request, the project will be implemented in the period 09/2018-08/2021. The timeline of the project was set with the aim of effectively spending funds on individual activities in order to realise the main outputs of the project. The aim of the main activity is to meet the specific objectives of the OP: 1.1.1 It will increase inclusiveness and equal access to quality education and undermine the outcomes and competences of children and students. The round also has its own premises with adequate material and technical security for project implementation and sufficient material and technical security for project activities due to the nature of the project. Support activities – During the whole period of project implementation, the request will be used at a break rate for the application of indirect expenditure. Hlavným ciežom projektu je prostredníctvom novovytvorených pracovných miest zlepi tudijné výsledky iakov ohrozených kolským neúspechom z dôvodu problémov v učení, správaní, alebo zdravotných problémov. Predkladaný projekt priamo nadväzuje na pecifický ciež:1.1.1 Zvýi inkluzívnos a rovnaký prístup ku kvalitnému vzdelávaniu a zlepi výsledky a kompetencie detí a iakov. Na potreby ciežovej skupiny budú reagova aktivity, ktoré prispievajú k vyrovnávaniu znevýhodnenia iakov so peciálnymi výchovno-vzdelávacímí potrebami a iakov a zabezpečenie rovnosti príleitostí vo výchovno-vzdelávacom procese. S ohžadom na pecifický ciež OP boli zvolené aj hlavné aktivity:- vytvorenie 4 plných pracovných miest na pozíciu asistenta učiteža Vetky pracovné pozície budú zamestnané na pracovnú zmluvu. Hlavná aktivita projektu je zameraná na činnos asistenta učiteža. Neoddelitežnou súčasou výchovno vzdelávacieho procesu je asistent učiteža, ktorý je pridelený k iakom so VVP, ktorých diagnózy si to osobitne vyadujú. Aktivity asistenta sú zamerané na bezprostrednú pomoc a spoluprácu s učitežom v triede, užahčovanie adaptácie dieaa a pomoc pri prekonávaní bariér. Dôleitou súčasou aktivít asistenta učiteža je príprava učebných pomôcok, sprevádza iaka aj mimo triedy a pri mimokolských aktivitách. Z časového hžadiska bude projekt realizovaný v termíne 09/2018-08/2021. Časový harmonogram projektu bol nastavený s ohžadom na efektívne vynaloenie finančných prostriedkov na jednotlivé aktivity s ciežom úspené realizova hlavné výstupy projektu. Zámerom hlavnej aktivity je naplni pecifický ciež OP: 1.1.1 Zvýi inkluzívnos a rovnaký prístup ku kvalitnému vzdelávaniu a zlepi výsledky a kompetencie detí a iakov. kola má taktie vlastné priestory s adekvátnym materiálno-technickým zabezpečením pre realizáciu projektu a dostatočné materiálno-technické zabezpečenie pre realizáciu aktivít projektu vzhžadom na charakter projektu. Podporné aktivity- Počas celej doby realizácie projektu bude iadatež vyuíva monos uplatňovania nepriamych výdavkov pauálnou sadzbou. Taktie iadatež zabezpečí publicitu a informovanos projektu.
