The subject of the proposed project is to reduce the energy intensity of the building of the Maternity School in the village of Lehnice. The technical condition of the building is unsatisfactory, making its operation difficult and linked to the spending of high amounts of energy and maintenance funding. The constant spending of funds on this building does not allow the municipality to implement other project plans, the implementation of which is necessary. The project documentation is to reduce the energy intensity of the building through:-insulation of the perimeter beach,-insulation of the sharpened beach,-exchanges of existing fillings of openings,-changes of lighting,-reconstruction of central heating,-building of photovoltaics as well as other building modifications and finishing works specified in the project documentation and budget of the project.The proposed project intention is to reduce the energy intensity of the building and fill the measurement indicators. Predmetom predkládaného projektu je zníenie energetickej náročnosti budovy materskej koly v obci Lehnice. Technický stav budovy je nevyhovujúci, v dôsledku čoho je jej prevádzka náročná a spojená s vynakladaním vysokých objemov finančných prostriedkov na energie a údrbu. Neustále vynakladanie finančných prostriedkov na túto budovu neumoňuje obci realizova ďalie projektové zámery, ktorých realizácia je potrebná. Projektová dokumentácia riei zníenie energetickej náročnosti budovy prostredníctvom:-zateplenia obvodového pláa,-zateplenia streného pláa,-výmeny existujúcich výplní otvorov,-výmeny osvetlenia,-rekontrukcie ústredného kúrenia,-vybudovanie fotovoltaiky ako aj ďalie stavebné úpravy a dokončovacie práce uvedené v projektovej dokumentácii a rozpočte projektu.Predkladaným projektovým zámerom má obec snahu zníi energetickú náročnos budovy a naplni meratežné ukazovatele.
