The project deals with filling the technological gap of Slovakia in the production of new products – flat-rolled products intended for processing material by cutting laser, plasma, water jet and CNC devices at end users. These through process innovation, as in Slovakia and in the V4 countries, there are no companies that have the technology to process flat products without showing residual tensions in the material. The residual tensions on the flat products are reflected and processed when the taboo is overturned or twisted or damaged by the device during laser cutting. Built-in technology will monetise material processing with high precision of manufactured parts, high working speed and thus efficiency. Terminal processing equipment can be worked in an automatic mode. There are two possibilities to eliminate the effects of residual tensions in flat products. It is an annealing to eliminate tensions, which is a very expensive technology with a negative impact on the environment, or even deformation throughout the product cross-section, which can be secured by ahe’s straightening. The stretching of the belt ensures a significant bonding of the geometric characteristics of the flat belt and the alignment of the residual tensions throughout the belt section and thus the stability of the shape during its processing on automatic devices. Due to the degree of deformation in Ah’s straightener, it will be necessary to ensure that the material is tested before delivery to the customer, as it is possible to change the mechanical properties of the material, which is the current project.  The support of the project will be the acquired technology that will take Slovakia in the field of flat products to the world level, which will help us to cooperate with multinational companies in the automotive and mechanical engineering industry in general. It will ensure global competitiveness while maintaining European and environmental and other legislative requirements. The resulting products will compete very successfully with other suppliers in terms of production efficiency. (English)

(Slovak)
