The project aims to increase inclusiveness and equal access to quality education and to poor outcomes, competences of children with health disadvantages. The project will create 2 new jobs for an inclusive team of school psychologists and special pedagogues and 5 assistants teachers. The cooperation of the assistant teacher and the inclusive team with the teacher, parents and the affected group of children will facilitate the integration of the child with a desperate disadvantage into the school environment and ensure an individual approach to the needs of the pupils with health disadvantages. We expect to improve the social competence of the target group as well as learning outcomes. The expected result will also increase the self-confidence of the involved chicks and their ability to solve challenging life situations. The goal group is Z with M J. A. Komenský, Hubená 25, including those with special education – educational needs.Under the merateable indicators in activities aimed at promoting an inclusive model of education, 30 students with VET will be involved, and we expect 10 students with VVP involved in activities to improve their results 6 months after completing the programme. Ciežom projektu zvýi inkluzívnos a rovnaký prístup ku kvalitnému vzdelávaniu a zlepi výsledky , kompetencie detí so so zdravotným znevýhodnením .V rámci projektu budú novovytvorené 2 pracovné úväzky pre inkluzívny tím kolského psychológa a peciálneho pedagóga a 5 pracovných úväzkov asistenta učiteža.Spolupráca asistenta učitela a inkluzívneho tímu s učitežom, rodičmi a dotknutou skupinou detí užahčí integráciu dieaa so zdavotným znevýhodnením do kolského prostredia a zabezpečí sa individuálny prístup k potrebám iakov so zdravotným znevýhodnením. Očakávame zlepenie sociálnych kompetencii ciežovej skupiny ako aj vzdelávacích výsledkov. Očakávaným dôsledkom bude aj zvýenie sebadôvery zapojených iakov a ich schopnosti riei náročnejie ivotné situácie.Ciežovou skupinou sú iaci Z s M J. A. Komenského, Hubeného 25vrátane iakov so peciálnymi výchovno - vzdelávacími potrebami .Podža meratežných ukazovatežov do do aktivít zameraných na podporu inkluzívneho modelu vzdelávania bude zapojených 30 iakov so VVP, pričom očakávame u 10 iakov so VVP zapojených do aktivít, e sa im zlepia tudijné výsledky 6 mesiacov po absolvovaní programu.
