The main objective of the project is to misunderstand the results of students at risk of school failure through newly created jobs due to problems in learning, behaviour or health problems. The present project is directly linked to the specific objective of: 1.1.1 It will increase inclusiveness and equal access to quality education and undermine the outcomes and competences of children and students. The main activities of the project are: 2 posts for assistants of teachers2,creation of an inclusive team for the post of a full-time school psychologist and a part-time social educator. All jobs will be employed as of 1.9.2017 on an employment contract. The implementation of this project will increase inclusiveness and equal access to quality education and undermine the results and competences of children and students. The main activity of the project is the focus on teaching assistants. An assistant teacher is an integral part of the educational process, who is assigned to pupils with VET, whose diagnosis is particularly desirable. The second main activity includes a school psychologist. Its activities will focus on the following activities: he knows personality and works with behavioural disorders who are in crisis situations, talented and talented. The second activity is a social educator. He shall carry out professional activities in the context of prevention, intervention and counselling, in particular for those at risk of socio-pathological phenomena, from socially disadvantaged backgrounds, the promotion of prosocial, ethical behaviour, socio-pedagogical diagnosis of the environment and relationships, socio-pedagogical counselling, prevention of sociopathological phenomena and behaviour reeducation. From the time request, the project will be implemented by 09/2017-08/2020. The timeline of the project was set with the aim of effectively spending funds on individual activities in order to successfully implement the main outputs of the project. Support activities – During the whole period of project implementation, the request will be used at a break rate for the application of indirect expenditure. Hlavným ciežom projektu je prostredníctvom novovytvorených pracovných miest zlepi tudijné výsledky iakov ohrozených kolským neúspechom z dôvodu problémov v učení, správaní, alebo zdravotných problémov. Predkladaný projekt priamo nadväzuje na pecifický ciež: 1.1.1 Zvýi inkluzívnos a rovnaký prístup ku kvalitnému vzdelávaniu a zlepi výsledky a kompetencie detí a iakov. Hlavné aktivity projektu sú:1,vytvorenie 2 pracovnych miest pre asistentov uciteža2,vytvorenie inkluzívneho tímu pre pozície pre kolského psychológa na plný úväzok a sociálneho pedagóga na polovičný úväzok. Vetky pracovné pozície budú zamestnané od 1.9 2017 na pracovnú zmluvu. Realizácia predkladaného projektu zvýi inkluzívnos a rovnaký prístup ku kvalitnému vzdelávaniu a zlepí výsledky a kompetencie detí a iakov. Hlavna aktivita projektu je zameranie sa na činnos asistentov učiteža. Neoddelitežnou súčasou výchovnovzdelávacieho procesu je asistent učiteža, ktorý je pridelený k iakom so VVP, ktorých diagnózy si to osobitne vyadujú. Druhá hlavná aktivita zahŕňa kolského psychológa. Jeho aktivity budú zamerané na tieto činnosti: poznáva osobnos iaka, pracuje so iakmi s poruchami správania, ktorí sa nachádzajú v krízových ivotných situáciách, nadaným a talentovaným iakom. Súčasou druhej aktivity je sociálny pedagóg. Ten vykonáva odborné činnosti v rámci prevencie, intervencie a poskytovania poradenstva najmä pre iakov ohrozených sociálno-patologickými javmi, zo sociálne znevýhodneného prostredia, podpory prosociálneho, etického správania, sociálnopedagogickej diagnostiky prostredia a vzahov, sociálnopedagogického poradenstva, prevencie sociálnopatologických javov a reedukácie správania. Z časového hžadiska bude projekt realizovaný v termíne 09/2017-08/2020. Časový harmonogram projektu bol nastavený s ohžadom na efektívne vynaloenie finančných prostriedkov na jednotlivé aktivity s ciežom úspene realizova hlavné výstupy projektu. Podporné aktivity- Počas celej doby realizácie projektu bude iadatež vyuíva monos uplatňovania nepriamych výdavkov pauálnou sadzbou. Taktie iadatež zabezpečí publicitu a informovanos projektu.
