In the light of the above reasons, the main objective of the project is to: It will increase inclusiveness and equal access to quality education and impair the outcomes and competences of children and students at V. Javorku32, ilina. In real terms, the target will be met by 3 aktivít:Vytvorenie and filling 1 new post as assistant teacher in order to improve the school’s success of the pupils, including the VVPsCreation and occupation of 1 new post of a school psychologist in order to compensate for the disadvantage of pupils and to ensure equal opportunities in the educational processCreation and occupation of 1 new post for 0.5 pecial pedagogue in order to promote an intercultural environment in order to prevent segregation in schools and classesThe expected contribution of the project will be dedicated to the target group: Students with VVP, for other students, teachers and parents.The implementation of the project assumes to achieve: an increase in the number of VVPs by 9 in standard classes, up to 24 months after the end of the project, of which 5 from the SZP group. Základná kola V.Javorku 32, ilina, je plnoorganizovaná základná kola s deviatimi postupovými ročníkmi. V kolskom roku 2016/2017 ju navtevuje 348 iakov, z ktorých je 18 iakov so peciálnymi výchovnovzdelávacími potrebami (VVP). Pre 7 iakov je odporúčaný asistent učiteža z CPPaP.V kole pracuje 1 peciálny pedagóg na 0,5 úväzku a asistenti učiteža na 3,5 úväzku, ktorí navzájom spolupracujú pri výchove a vzdelávaní iakov so VVP. kola nezamestnáva kolského psychológa, pričom jeho prítomnos na kole je priam nevyhnutná. V zmysle uvedených dôvodov je hlavným ciežom projektu: Zvýi inkluzívnos a rovnaký prístup ku kvalitnému vzdelávaniu a zlepi výsledky a kompetencie detí a iakov na Z V.Javorku32, ilina. Reálne bude zvolený ciež naplnený prostredníctvom 3 aktivít:Vytvorenie a obsadenie 1 nového pracovného miesta asistenta učiteža za účelom zlepenia kolskej úspenosti iakov vrátane iakov so VVPVytvorenie a obsadenie 1 nového pracovného miesta kolského psychológa za účelom vyrovnávaniu znevýhodnenia iakov a zabezpečenia rovnosti príleitostí vo výchovno-vzdelávacom proceseVytvorenie a obsadenie 1 nového pracovného miesta na 0,5 úväzku peciálneho pedagóga za účelom podpory interkultúrneho prostredia s ciežom predchádzania segregácie na kolách a v triedachOčakávaný prínos projektu bude určený pre ciežovú skupinu: iakov so VVP, pre ostatných iakov, učitežov a rodičov.Realizáciou projektu predpokladáme dosiahnu: navýenie počtu iakov so VVP o 9 zaradených v bených triedach, do 24 mesiacov po skončení projektu, z toho 5 zo skupiny SZP.
