    Ciežom projektu "Zefektívnenie realizácie OP VaI implementáciou riadiaceho systému Grant Management“ je kompletný procesne riešený detailný funkčný návrh riadiaceho informačného systému Grant Management (GM) a úvodná limitovaná implementácia jeho funkčného a vývojového prototypu na zvýšenie efektívnosti, kvality a zníženie prácnosti, chybovosti a oneskorení spracovania dokumentárnych elektronických informácií, toku riadenia elektronickej komunikácie a na využívanie moderných informatických nástrojov riadenia pracovníkmi SŠF EÚ MŠVVaŠ SR a Výskumnej agentúry ako riadiacich a sprostredkovatežských orgánov pri implementácii Operačného programu Výskum a inovácie.Návrh GM vychádza z poznania pracovného prostredia rezortu MŠVVaŠ SR, manuálov procedúr MŠVVaŠ SR a Výskumnej agentúry, Systému riadenia EŠIF a ostatných relevantných dokumentov CKO.Navrhnutý systém dopĺňa existujúce inf. systémy, najmä ITMS 2014+, SAP a MS Office, a predpokladá budúcu integráciu na registratúru a ÚPVS s výhžadom bezpapierovej komunikácie a odstráneniu duplicít zadávania údajov pri plnom evidovaní stavu procesov v GM.Systém GM je určený pre prevádzku v rezortnom dátovom centre MŠVVaŠ SR so zohžadnením jeho IKT prostredia a možností trvalej udržatežnosti.     The aim of the project "Efficient implementation of OP VaI through the implementation of Grant Management management system is a complete process-ready detailed functional design of the Grant Management Control Information System (GM) and an initial limited implementation of its functional and development prototype to enhance the efficiency, quality and reduction of workability, error rate and delays in the processing of documentary electronic information, the electronic communication flow flow and the use of modern IT tools for the management of the EU SFM and the MVVA data management system for the MVVA SR and the Research Agency as managing and facilitators in the implementation of the Operational Programme Research and Innovation. The proposal of GM is based on the knowledge of the working environment of the Ministry of Education and the Ministry of Science, and the Ministry of Sciences’s data management system, and the Ministry of Research and Research Agency’s data management system, as well as for the implementation of the Operational Programme Research and Innovation. The proposal of GM is based on knowledge of the working environment of the Ministry of Education and Development of the Ministry of Science, manuals and procedures of the Ministry of the SR, and of the Ministry of Research and Procedures.
