Ciežom projektu je podpora komplexného prístupu v poskytovaní pomoci klientom odboru sociálnych vecí a rodiny prostredníctvom rozvoja sociálnej práce v prirodzenom prostredí klientov jednotlivých oddelení odboru sociálnych vecí a rodiny, konkrétne oddelenia pomoci v hmotnej núdzi, náhradného výivného a tátnych sociálnych dávok (ďalej len HNNVaSD), oddelenia peňaných príspevkov na kompenzáciu akého zdravotného postihnutia a posudkovej činnosti (ďalej len PPKaPČ) a oddelenia sociálnoprávnej ochrany detí a sociálnej kurately (ďalej len SPODaSK) s aiskom na prepájanie plánovania a realizovania opatrení tak finančného (napr. dávky) ako aj nefinančného charakteru (napr. opatrenia SPODaSK). Projekt bude realizovaný na celom území SR, prostredníctvom 1 hlavnej aktivity: Rozvoj sociálnej práce s klientmi v ich prirodzenom rodinnom prostredí. Hlavná aktivita bude realizovaná prostredníctvom nasledovných podaktivít:Výkon sociálnej práce s klientmi v ich prirodzenom rodinnom prostredíAktualizácia a implementácia modelu integrovaného prístupu práce s klientmiZvýenie mobility a technickej vybavenosti výkonu sociálnej práceVzdelávanie terénnych sociálnych pracovníkovSkupinová supervíziaCiežovou skupinou projektu sú osoby v nepriaznivej sociálnej a rodinnej situácii a rodiny s maloletými demi, jednak tým, ktorým je u v súčasnosti poskytované sociálne poradenstvo, ako aj pomoc novým klientom odboru sociálnych vecí a rodiny. Ďalej je projekt zameraný na pomoc pre ostatné osoby ohrozené chudobou alebo sociálnym vylúčením, napr. rodiny s demi, občania v hmotnej núdzi, občania so zdravotným postihnutím, starie osoby resp. občania ijúci v marginalizovaných skupinách. The aim of the project is to support a comprehensive approach in providing assistance to clients of the Department of Social Affairs and Family through the development of social work in the natural environment of clients of individual departments of the Department of Social Affairs and Family, namely the Department of Support in Material Needs, Replacement Event and State Social Benefits (hereinafter referred to as HNNVaSD), the Department of Cash Allowances for Disability Compensation and Assessment Activities (hereinafter referred to as the PPKaPČ) and the Department of Social Legal Protection of Children and Social Curately (hereinafter referred to as SPODaSK) with the axis for linking planning and implementation of measures both financial (e.g. benefits) and non-financial (e.g. measures of the SPODaSK). The project will be implemented throughout Slovakia through 1 main activity: Development of social work with clients in their natural family environment. The main activity will be realised through the following podaktivít:Výkon social work with clients in their natural family environmentUpdate and implementation of the model of integrated approach of working with clientsIncreasing mobility and technical facilities of social workEducation of field social workersGroup supervision The project also group is people in an unfavourable social and family situation and families with minor villages, as well as those who are currently provided with social counselling, as well as assistance to new clients of the Department of Social Affairs and Family. Furthermore, the project is aimed at helping other people at risk of poverty or social exclusion, e.g. families with children, citizens in material need, citizens with disabilities, elderly people or citizens living in marginalised groups.
