    Obiectivul general al proiectului vizeaza cresterea eficientei energetice in cladirea publica Liceul Teoretic "Carol I" din Fetesti prin derularea de lucrari de interventie cu scopul termoizolarii cladirii, modernizarii instalatiei de preparare si distribuire a agentului termic si a apei menajere, inclusiv utilizarea de surse regenerabile pentru asigurarea necesarului de energie, precum si alte lucrari conexe. Obiectivul general sustine Prioritatea de investitii 3.1 Sprijinirea eficientei energetice, a gestionarii inteligente a energiei si a utilizarii energiei din surse regenerabile in infrastructurile publice, inclusiv in cladirile publice, si in sectorul locuintelor, Sectiunea B- Cladiri publice. Prin intermediul acestui proiect vor fi sprijinite activitati specifice realizarii de investitii pentru cresterea eficientei energetice a cladirilor publice, respectiv: Lucrări de reabilitare termică a anvelopei - Izolarea termică a faţadei – parte opacă, cu sistem termoizolant amplasat la exterior cu o grosime - de 20 cm; - Izolarea termică a faţadei – parte vitrată, prin înlocuirea tâmplăriei exterioare existente, inclusiv - a celei aferente accesului în clădirea publică, cu tâmplărie termoizolantă dotată, după caz, cu - dispozitive/fante/grile pentru ventilarea spaţiilor ocupate şi evitarea apariţiei condensului pe - elementele interioare de anvelopă; Lucrări de reabilitare termică a sistemului de încălzire/a sistemului de furnizare a apei calde de consum - Înlocuirea centralei termice proprii, în scopul creşterii randamentului şi al reducerii emisiilor - echivalent CO - 2 - Înlocuirea corpurilor de încălzire cu radiatoare; - Înlocuirea instalaţiei de distribuţie a agentului termic pentru încălzire; - Înlocuirea instalaţiei de distribuţie a agentului termic pentru apă caldă de consum Instalarea unor sisteme alternative de producere a energiei electrice și/sau termice pentru consum propriu - Instalarea unor sisteme alternative de producere a energiei: centrale pe biomasă, în scopul - reducerii consumurilor energetice din surse convenţionale şi a emisiilor de gaze cu efect de seră - etc; Lucrările de reabilitare/ modernizare a instalației de iluminat în clădiri - Înlocuirea corpurilor de iluminat fluorescent și incandescent cu corpuri de iluminat cu eficiență energetică ridicată și durată mare de viață.     The general objective of the project aims to increase energy efficiency in the public building “Carol I” Theoretical High School in Fetesti by carrying out intervention works with the aim of thermal insulation of the building, modernisation of the preparation and distribution installation of the thermal agent and domestic water, including the use of renewable sources to provide energy needs, as well as other related works. The general objective supports the Investment Priority 3.1 Supporting energy efficiency, smart energy management and renewable energy use in public infrastructures, including public buildings, and housing sector, Section B – Public Buildings. Through this project will be supported activities specific to the realisation of investments to increase the energy efficiency of public buildings, namely: Tyre thermal rehabilitation works – Thermal insulation of the façade – opaque part, with thermal insulation system located on the outside with a thickness of 20 cm; — Thermal insulation of the façade – glazed part, by replacing the existing exterior joinery, including that related to access to the public building, with thermal insulation joinery equipped, where appropriate, with – devices/flies/grids for ventilation of occupied spaces and avoiding the occurrence of condensation on the interior elements of the tyre; Thermal rehabilitation of the heating system/consumer hot water supply system – Replacement of the own heater in order to increase efficiency and reduce emissions – CO2 equivalent – 2 – Replacement of heating bodies with radiators; — Replacement of the heat supply installation for heating; — Replacement of the heat supply installation for consumer hot water Installation of alternative electricity and/or heat systems for own consumption – Installation of alternative energy production systems: biomass plants, for the purpose of – reducing conventional energy consumption and greenhouse gas emissions – etc.; Rehabilitation/modernisation of the lighting installation in buildings – Replacement of fluorescent and incandescent luminaires with luminaires with high energy efficiency and long service life.
