The main objective of the project is to promote inclusive education in the conditions of Z with M Lisková by creating a job as an assistant teacher. Specific objectives:1. Ensure equal access to quality education.2. Improve the educational outcomes of the students with VET and support the development of their competences in the conditions of the basic round.3. Create an environment for mutual cooperation at the level of the students, the level of teaching – even if and the level of the round – the parent. The project is aimed at implementing activities aimed at the joint education of students with VVP and intact pupils, which ensure equal opportunities in the educational process, focus on improving the school’s success and develop co-operation with parents. Assistant teacher cooperates with the teacher and others for teaching, guides the work of students with VVP, contributes to the creation of mutual tolerance of the diverse needs of education, assists in preparation for teaching also within the school club, creates compensation aids and applies them to practice, consults parents and special educators, assists in extra-school activities, as well as in methodological association and subject committees professionally advises teachers on the subject. Assistant teacher is in direct contact with others, therefore, he knows exactly the name of the problems of chicks, advises parents and teachers, is an important element in the inclusion of iaka. Hlavným ciežom projektu je podpori inkluzívne vzdelávanie v podmienkach Z s M Lisková vytvorením pracovného miesta asistenta učiteža.pecifické ciele:1. Zabezpeči rovnaký prístup ku kvalitnému vzdelávaniu.2. Zlepi výchovno-vzdelávacie výsledky iakov so vvp a podpori rozvoj ich kompetencií v podmienkach základnej koly.3. Vytvori prostredie pre vzájomnú spoluprácu na úrovni iakov, úrovni učitež - iak a úrovni kola - rodič.Projekt je zameraný na realizáciu aktivít smerujúcich k spoločnému vzdelávaniu iakov so vvp a intaktných iakov, ktoré zabezpečujú rovnos príleitostí vo výchovno-vzdelávacom procese, zameriavajú sa na zlepenie kolskej úspenosti iakov a rozvíjajú spoluprácu koly s rodičmi.Asistent učiteža spolupracuje s učitežom a iakmi na vyučovaní, usmerňuje prácu iakov so vvp, prispieva k vytvoreniu vzájomnej tolerancie rôznorodých potrieb vzdelávania, pomáha pri príprave na vyučovanie aj v rámci kolského klubu, vytvára kompenzačné pomôcky a aplikuje ich do praxe, konzultuje s rodičmi a peciálnym pedagógom, asistuje aj pri mimokolských aktivitách, v rámci metodického zdruenia a predmetových komisií odborne radí učitežom v danej problematike.Asistent učiteža je v priamom kontakte so iakmi, preto vie presne pomenova problémy iakov, poradi rodičom a učitežom, je dôleitým prvkom pri inklúzii iaka.
