Obiectivul general al proiectului constă în dezvoltarea serviciilor sociale fără componență rezidențială în comuna Radauti-Prut, judetul Botoșani, prin crearea unui nou centru social de zi pentru persoanele vârstnice. Proiectul contribuie la realizarea obiectivelor specifice priorității de investiție, astfel: - Proiectul se propune în loc. Miorcani, com. Rădăuți-Prut, jud. Botoșani, comună în care se înregistrează un procent mare al populaţiei vârstnice în total populaţie pe localitate, și anume 28,64% calculat după datele înregistrate la recensământul din 2011 (ponderea pe ţară a persoanelor vârstnice este de 16,1% din total populaţie - cf. rezultate recensământ 2011). - Proiectul se propune în unitatea administrativ teritorială - com. Rădăuți-prut, jud. Botoșani, în care procentul populaţiei ce trăieşte în zone marginalizate depăşeşte 12 % (12% < procent). - Proiectul se propune în loc. Miorcani, com. Rădăuți-prut, jud. Botoșani în care nu există nici un centru de servicii sociale. - Proiectul se propune în localitatea rurală Miorcani, com. Rădăuți-prut, jud. Botoșani. - Proiectul se propune în judetul Botosani care inregistrează o mare disparitate de dezvoltare intre urban si rural (IDUL 2011 urban - IDUL 2011 rural) IDUL = 37. - Proiectul se propune în localitate mică Miorcani, com. Rădăuți-prut, jud. Botoșani cu număr de 3339 de locuitori. Proiectul de investiţii, prin obiectivul propus, vine în întampinarea obiectivului specific al programului -„Creşterea gradului de acoperire cu servicii sociale”, astfel: - Contribuie la îmbunătăţirea calităţii infrastructurii serviciilor sociale, prin modernizarea, realibilitarea și dotarea Centrului de zi pentru persoane vârstnice din satul Miorcani, comuna Rădăuți-Prut, judetul Botosani. - Contribuie la îmbunătăţirea condiţiilor de acces la serviciile sociale a persoanelor vârtnice la nivelul judetului Botoșani; - Contribuie la reducerea inegalităţilor în ceea ce priveşte starea de sănătate şi promovează incluziunea socială prin îmbunătăţirea accesului la serviciile sociale, medicale si de recreere; - Contribuie la atragerea de personal specializat la Centrul de zi datorită punerii la dispoziţie a unei infrastructuri moderne pentru serviciile sociale si medicale; - Contribuie la realizarea unui sistem de asistenţă socială bazat pe principiul egalităţii care să rezolve problemele reale ale grupurilor vulnerabile în societate. Conform adresei nr. 5025/18.05.2017 eliberata de AJPIS Botosani, in prezent în localitate nu există nici un serviciu social destinat acestei categorii de persoane si nici alte servicii dezvoltate, conform Legii 197/2012. Botoșani, where the percentage of the population living in marginalised areas exceeds 12 % (12 % < percentage). The project is proposed instead. Miorcani, com. Rădăuţi-prut, jud. Botosani where there is no social services center. The project is proposed in the rural village of Miorcani, com. Rădăuţi-prut, jud. Botosani. The project is proposed in Botosani County, which has a large development gap between urban and rural areas (2011 Urban ID – Rural ID 2011) ID = 37. The project is proposed in small town Miorcani, com. Rădăuţi-prut, jud. Botoșani with 3339 inhabitants. The investment project, through the proposed objective, meets the specific objective of the programme – “Increasing coverage with social services”, as follows: — Contributes to improving the quality of social services infrastructure, by modernising, realising and equipping the Day Center for Elderly People in Miorcani village, Radauti-Prut commune, Botosani county. — Contributes to improving the conditions of access to social services of Vartnice persons at the level of Botoșani County; Contribute to reducing health inequalities and promote social inclusion by improving access to social, health and leisure services; — Contributes to attracting specialised staff to the Day Care Center by providing a modern infrastructure for social and medical services; Contribute to a social assistance system based on the principle of equality that solves the real problems of vulnerable groups in society. According to letter No 5025/18.05.2017 issued by AJPIS Botosani, there is currently no social service for this category of persons or other services developed in accordance with Law 197/2012.
