In summary, the Council of Maia accepted the delegation of powers relating to the verification of the eligibility of the operation, the beneficiary and the expenditure submitted, as well as the merit of the operation, in respect of the actions contained in the Commitments Framework set out in Annex 1 of the Maia Pedu contract for this purpose, allocated a set of resources to the delegated powers, importing expenditure from which it now wishes to be reimbursed.
