Com este projeto procuramos combater algumas das fraquezas diagnosticadas na ENEI, como a Elevada taxa de desemprego e dificuldades de reintegração dos desempregados de longa duração, incluindo neste projeto 40% de desempregados/as e o Baixo nível de qualificação da população com impacto nos baixos níveis de produtividade, integrando 60% de empregados/as, com especial atenção naqueles que se encontram numa situação de risco de perda do emprego. With this project we seek to combat some of the weaknesses diagnosed in Enei, such as the High unemployment rate and difficulties in reintegrating the longterm unemployed, including in this project 40 % of the unemployed and the low level of qualification of the population with an impact on low productivity levels, integrating 60 % of employees, with special attention to those who are at risk of loss of employment.
