Articula os setores primário, secundário e terciário da RAA na ótica dos consumos alimentares tradicionais e a sua valorização patrimonial na sociedade contemporânea. The project aims to enhance gastronomic tourism in the Azores, using the history of the products, the typologies and methodologies of production and transformers and the respective confections. It articulates the primary, secondary and tertiary sectors of the RAA from the perspective of traditional food consumption and its asset value in contemporary society. Highlights the heritage as a tool to enhance the Gastronomic and Cultural Tourism. (English)
