Tā kā Madonas pilsēta pastāvīgi attīstās, tiek izbūvētas jaunas daudzdzīvokļu, biroja un citas ēkas, ieskaitot privātmāju sektoru, tad viens no būtiskākajiem SIA „Madonas Siltums” darbības virzieniem ir jaunu siltumenerģijas patērētāju piesaiste un pieslēgšana esošajai centralizētajai siltumapgādes sistēmai, lai ilgtermiņā spētu nodrošināt konkurētspējīgu siltumenerģijas tarifu. Nepieciešams rast risinājumu, kā uzlabot Madonas pilsētas centralizētās siltumapgādes sistēmas energoefektivitātes paaugstināšanu ietaupot līdzekļus un palielinot peļņu, kas ir pamatnosacījums turpmākas attīstības un pakalpojuma kvalitātes nodrošināšanai, jo esošie zudumi Madonas pilsētas siltuma tīklos, ņemot vērā pēdējo trīs gadu vidējo rādītāju vēl ir apmierinošs (16,81%), bet ar tendenci pasliktināties, līdz var apdraudēt visu siltuma ražošanu un centralizēto siltumapgādes sistēmu kopumā. Siltumenerģijas pārvades sektorā galvenās problēmas veiksmīgi tiek risinātas realizējot siltumtīklu sistēmas rekonstrukciju un nomainot vecos tīklus ar rūpnieciski izolētiem cauruļvadiem. Uzsāktās siltumtīklu nomaiņas programmas rezultātā ievērojami ir samazinājušies siltumenerģijas zudumi un ūdens noplūdes. Tomēr uz doto brīdi vēl ir palikuši nerekonstruēti posmi, tāpēc šo procesu nepieciešams turpināt. Savienojot esošos Madonas pilsētas centralizētās siltumapgādes sistēmas maģistrālos cauruļvadus ir iespējams pieslēgt 34 jaunus siltumenerģijas patērētājus Valmieras, Avotu, Liepājas un Ziedu ielā, izbūvējot 2012m jaunus siltuma tīklus. Lai veiktu siltumtrašu efektivitātes paaugstināšanu, SIA “Madonas siltums” projekta ietvaros plāno veikt sekojošas aktivitātes:-būvdarbu veikšana;-autoruzraudzība;-būvuzraudzība;-materiālu un tehnoloģisko iekārtu piegāde un montāža. Projekta plānotie rezultāti ir:- 2012m jaunu siltuma tīklu izbūve,- Jaunu siltumenergijas patērētāju pieslēgšana Valmieras, Avotu, Liepājas un Ziedu ielā ar kopējo papildjaudu 1,748 MW. Paredzams, ka projekts tiks īstenots 24 mēnešu laikā no līguma ar CFLA noslēgšanas brīža par KF līdzfinansējuma piesaisti. Tā kopējās izmaksas varētu sasniegt ap EUR 856335.24 no kā aptuveni EUR 280905,47 sastādīt KF līdzfinansējums. (Latvian)

Since Madona city is constantly developing, new apartment, office and other buildings are being built, including the private house sector, then one of the most important directions of operation of SIA “Madonas Siltums” is attraction of new customers of thermal energy and connection to the existing district heating system in order to be able to ensure a competitive thermal energy tariff in the long term. A solution needs to be found to improve the energy efficiency of Madona’s district heating system by saving money and increasing profits, which are key to ensuring further development and quality of service, since the existing losses in Madona’s urban heat networks are still satisfactory on the basis of the three-year average (16.81 %) but tend to deteriorate until the overall heat production and district heating system as a whole can be put at risk. In the thermal energy transmission sector, the main problems are successfully solved by implementing the reconstruction of the heating network system and replacing the old networks with industrially isolated pipelines. The proposed replacement programme has resulted in a significant reduction in heat loss and water leakage. However, there are still unconstructed stages to date, so this process needs to be continued. By connecting existing pipelines of district heating system in Madona city pipelines it is possible to connect 34 new heat energy consumers to Valmiera, Avotu, Liepāja and Ziedu streets by constructing 2012 m new heat networks. In order to increase the efficiency of heating tracks, SIA “Madonas siltums” plans to carry out the following activities within the framework of the project:-performance of construction works;-author supervision;-construction supervision;-delivery and installation of materials and technological equipment. The planned results of the project are:- construction of 2012 m new heat networks,- Connecting of new heat energy consumers in Valmiera, Avotu, Liepājas and Ziedu street with the total additional power of 1.748 MW. It is expected that the project will be implemented within 24 months of the conclusion of the contract with the CFLA on attracting co-financing from the CF. Its total cost could amount to around EUR 856335.24 of which the CF co-funding approximately EUR280905.47. (English)
