Tööstuspargi põhilised edufaktorid on soodne asukoht, väljaarendatud infrastruktuur peale projekti lõppu, kvalifitseeritud ja soodsa hinnaga tööjõud, paindlikud tingimused ettevõtete rajamiseks ja arendamiseks, tugiteenuste olemasolu, keskkonnasõbralikkus. Tööstuspargi rajamisega pakub vald ettevõtjatele paindlikke ja soodsaid võimalusi kas ettevõtlusega alustamiseks või selle laiendamiseks. (Estonian)

The aim of the development of Tabivere Industrial Park is to encourage the emergence and development of entrepreneurship. The main success factors for the industrial park are favourable location, developed infrastructure after the end of the project, skilled and affordable workforce, flexible conditions for setting up and developing businesses, availability of support services, environmental friendliness. With the construction of an industrial park, the municipality offers flexible and favourable opportunities for entrepreneurs to either start a business or expand it. (English)
