    Ajakirja Vegan uue rubriigi jaoks vegantoitude hindamismetoodika välja töötamine. Uues rubriigis võrreldakse vegantooteid nende maitse, tervisele ja keskkonnale kasulikkuse aspektidest. Rubriik töötatakse välja koostöös Toidu- ja Fermentatsioonitehnoloogia Arenduskeskusega (TFTAK).     Development of a methodology for assessing vegan foods for a new section of Vegan magazine. The new heading compares vegan products in terms of taste, health and environmental benefits. This heading is being developed in cooperation with the Centre for the Development of Food and Fermentation Technologies (TFTAK). For the new section, it will identify the best possible science-based evaluation methodology for different foods and provide guidance for product assessors. (English)
