Riigi kinnisvararegistri arendus on vajalik riigi kinnisvara andmehõive efektiivsemaks korraldamiseks. Arendatakse välja uus kaasaegne register, mis vastab kasutajate uuenenud vajadustele. Avalikkus leiab registrist infot riigi kinnisvara valitsejate ja riigi kinnisvaratehingute kohta. Järgmises etapis on planeeritud välja arendada kinnisvara elukaare vaates planeerimis- ja juhtimisotsuseid toetav funktsionaalsus, mis on vajalik tegevuspõhise eelarve rakendamiseks kinnisvara valdkonnas. The development of the state real estate register is necessary for more efficient organisation of data acquisition of state real estate. A new modern register will be developed to meet the updated needs of users. The public will find information on state real estate managers and state real estate transactions in the register. In the next phase, it is planned to develop the functionality necessary to implement activity-based budget in the real estate sector in support of planning and management decisions. (English)
